1. What is Smooa?

Smooa is a collaborative service between Telkom and Telkomsel in the form of an IndiHome add-on service that offers a family quota package from Telkomsel. Smooa consists of a national quota (cannot be used for international roaming) which can be shared among Smooa Members and valid on all Telkomsel networks (2G, 3G and 4G).

2. What are the benfits of Smooa services?

Manage the registered Smooa Member and quota allocation any time.
Unlimited phone calls and SMS to fellow family members.
Bill payments are made simpler through integration with IndiHome bills.

With Smooa, you have complete family connectivity at your fingertips.

3. What is the minimum and maximum number of SIM cards in the Smooa package?

To use Smooa, you need a minimum of 3 Telkomsel card numbers. If you have less than 3 numbers, you'll need to add a Telkomsel number to complete the registration. Smooa allows a maximum of 6 registered SIM cards, including the Main Number.

4. What will occur with my IndiHome packages and bills if I subscribe to Smooa?

If you're currently a Telkomsel customer, you can subscribe for Smooa using your existing number. If you don't have a Telkomsel card, you'll need to obtain a Telkomsel number beforehand.

5. How long is the validity period of Smooa package?

The Smooa package is active for 30 days and will renew automatically every 30 days as long as you subscribe to Smooa and make timely monthly payments (billed together with IndiHome).

6. Can I use data/phone services overseas with the Smooa package?

No, to enjoy roaming services, you need a separate package.

7. How long is the minimum subscription period for the Smooa package? Is there a penalty if I unsubscribe?

No minimum subscription period is required. You can cancel the Smooa package at any time. If you cancel before the current active period ends, Smooa will remain active until the end of that period.

8. Will my Telkomsel Halo package and bill still valid when I subscribe to Smooa?

If you have a Telkomsel Halo package, you will still receive a separate bill for the card, apart from the Smooa bill. Your personal package will be used before the Smooa package.

9. Do I have to buy credit to keep my number active when I subscribe to Smooa?

All numbers included in the Smooa package will get an extended active period as long as they remain subscribed to Smooa. There's no need to purchase additional credit. Please note that the Telkomsel number used in the Smooa package must be active and not in the grace period to access the Smooa service.

10. If the internet quota in the Smooa package has run out, can I or my family still use Telkomsel internet services?

You must purchase regular internet services for each Telkomsel card to continue using the internet. You can select an internet package that meets your requirements.

11. How do I make a payment for the Smooa package?

The Smooa package bill will be included in your IndiHome bill. You can make the payment for both bills together using the available payment methods.

12. What if I have another question regarding the Smooa service?

14. How do I subscribe to the Smooa package?

Make sure your myIndiHome account is connected to the IndiHome service number.

Select the "Subscribe" menu
Select “Internet”.
Then select “Smooa”.
Follow the Smooa registration steps to complete.

The registration process only takes about 4-5 minutes.

15. Can I register for the Smooa package if I use a Telkomsel Halo number?

Smooa Package is valid for all Telkomsel Halo and Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers. However, for the Main Number, you must use a Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) number.

16. What are the requirements for subscribing to the Smooa package?

To register for the Smooa package, you must have at least 3 active Telkomsel SIM cards and have purchased any data package at least once.

17. What are the requirements for registering a Telkomsel number as the Main Number?

Main Number is a non-corporate Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) number.
Not registered as an Admin or Member of the Kuota Keluarga package.
Have purchased a Telkomsel data package at least once since the card was activated.
The number is still active or not within the grace period.

18. What are the requirements for registering a Telkomsel number as the Member Number?

Member Number is a non-corporate Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) or Telkomsel Halo number.
Not registered as an Admin or Member of the Kuota Keluarga package.
Have purchased a Telkomsel data package at least once since the card was activated.
The number is still active or not within the grace period.

19. Can I register another provider's number in the Smooa package?

No, the Smooa package is only valid for Telkomsel numbers.

20. Is there a registration fee for the Smooa service?

You can register for free. You only need to pay the package price which will be added to your IndiHome bill every month.

21. I've paid my IndiHome bill, so why isn't my Smooa package renewed automatically?

If you've paid your IndiHome bill and the Smooa package isn't renewed after the active period ends, please reach out to the IndiHome Call Center at 147 or on social media @IndiHomeCare.

22. When will the Smooa package be billed?

Smooa package bills will be included in your IndiHome bill for the next month. For instance, if you activate the Smooa package in July, the Smooa bill will be added to your IndiHome bill for early August. The Smooa package will be billed completely and remain active for 30 days.

23. What is Main Number and Member Number?

The Main Number has more access and authority than the Member Number in terms of managing the Smooa package. Following are some of the features that Main Number can use:

Access the dashboard to see the remaining quota.
Adding Members with the "Add Member/Tambah Anggota" feature.
Removing Members with the "Delete Member/Hapus Anggota" feature.
Change the Member/Member name with the "Edit Member/Edit Anggota" feature.
Allocate quota for Main Number with "Set Quota/Atur Kuota" feature.
Unsubscribe from Smooa with the "Unsubscribe/Berhenti Berlangganan".

Meanwhile, Member Numbers can only access the dashboard to see the remaining quota.

24. How to access Smooa service dashboard through myIndiHome?

Main Number or Member Number can access dashboard through myIndiHome website. To register Members:

Main Number logs into the myIndiHome website.
Make sure your IndiHome number is connected to your myIndiHome account by clicking the profile icon in the upper right corner. Please connect to IndiHome number if not connected.
Please click the "Profile/Profil" button in the upper right corner, select the "Subscription Package Settings/Pengaturan Paket Langganan" menu and you will enter the Smooa dashboard.

25. Can I add other Members to an active Smooa package?

Yes, you have the flexibility to add another Member whenever you want. However, if you add a new Member during the current package period, they will only be able to utilize the remaining data quota. As for other benefits, like calls and SMS, and the active period of the card, they will be effective in the subsequent period when the package is renewed.

26. Can I delete the Member Number registered to an active Smooa package?

Yes, you have the option to remove registered Member Numbers as long as the number of Members in the Smooa package exceeds 2 numbers.

27. How to check the remaining Smooa quota?

Ensure your myIndiHome account is linked to your IndiHome number. Then, click on the "Profile/Profil" button located at the top right corner and choose "Subscription Package Settings/Pengaturan Paket Langganan" to access the Smooa dashboard. The Smooa dashboard displays details about your remaining quota. Apart from that, you can also use the MyTelkomsel App to see the remaining Smooa quota.

28. How do I unsubscribe from Smooa?

To unsubscribe, make sure your myIndiHome account is a Smooa Main Number or IndiHome Parent Number. Next, please click the "Profile/Profil" button at the top right, select "Subscription Package Settings/Pengaturan Paket Langganan", and you will enter the Smooa dashboard. Please click the “Unsubscribe” button and follow the next steps.

29. Can I switch Smooa package types?

Currently, customers cannot transfer directly from one package to another. To change your package, you need to unsubscribe from Smooa first. After 30 days, you can then resubscribe to the desired package.

30. What happens when the active period of my Smooa package ends?

Your Smooa package will be automatically extended if there are no outstanding IndiHome bills. So, you don't need to worry if you have paid your IndiHome bill on time. Auto-renewal takes 4-5 hours. If after 5 hours your package is still not renewed automatically, you can contact the IndiHome Call Center at 147 or social media @IndiHomeCare.

31. If I decide to unsubscribe from Smooa, will my active package be lost?

No, even if you decide to unsubscribe from Smooa, your package will remain active until the end of the period (30 days).

Terms and Conditions:

The Smooa offer applies to IndiHome customers.
IndiHome customers must have a Telkomsel number which can be used as a minimum of 1 Main Number and 2 Member Numbers.
Make sure that your Telkomsel number is still active, not in a position in arrears of payment (postpaid) and not in a grace period (prepaid).
In the Smooa package there is 1 Main Number and a maximum of 5 Telkomsel numbers that can be used as Members Number.
Currently, the Main Number that can be used is the Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) number.
Smooa will be active for 30 days and will be renewed automatically. The subscription fee will be included in your IndiHome bill every month.
