Customers can watch various shows from Netflix through various devices, such as laptops, cellphones and tablets by first activating them via a link that Netflix sends to the email registered in the myIndiHome application or via a link sent by IndiHome to the inbox in the myIndiHome application. You must accept the Netflix Terms of Use and Privacy Statement as a condition of accessing the Netflix Service.
For customers who choose a package including Disney+ Hotstar, to start watching various shows on Disney+ Hotstar, you can download the Disney+ Hotstar application on the Play Store (Android) and the App Store (iOS), then log in using a cellular number registered with the IndiHome service through the application. You can also visit the Disney+ Hotstar website through your browser. You are required to accept the Disney+ Hotstar Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as a condition of accessing Disney+ Hotstar.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between IndiHome Package customers (with Netflix Access) and Telkom. More detailed terms and conditions apply.

This Netflix add-on package is available for existing IndiHome customers with 2P (Internet + TV) and 3P (Internet + TV + Phone) services who wish to upgrade to this package.
For existing customers who want to upgrade to this package, you can register via MyTelkomsel App, landing page, 188, and GraPARI.
The Netflix add-on package includes access to Netflix at no additional cost which can be downloaded via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Additional terms and conditions regarding Netflix apply.
The Netflix add-on package includes access to Disney+ Hotstar, you can access Disney+ Hotstar at no additional cost which can be downloaded via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Additional terms and conditions regarding Disney+ Hotstar apply.
The Netflix add-on package includes access to WeTV iflix, you can access WeTV iflix at no additional cost which can be downloaded through the IndiHome Apps Store on the IndiHome TV screen.
The Netflix add-on package includes access to Vidio, you can access Vidio at no additional cost which can be downloaded through the IndiHome Apps Store on the IndiHome TV screen.
The Netflix add-on package includes the Netflix Basic Package. Customers can upgrade the Netflix Package at an additional cost of Rp49,549 (Netflix Standard Package) or Rp109,009 (Netflix Premium Package).
Customers who wish to upgrade to 100Mbps speed are subject to an additional ONT rental fee of Rp10,000 per month. Meanwhile, customers who upgrade to 200Mbps or 300Mbps speed will be charged an additional ONT rental fee of Rp30,000 per month.
For customers who currently subscribe to internet speeds of 10Mbps to 200Mbps, they can only add OTT services (Netflix and Vidio) or (Netflix and Disney+ Hotstar) or (Netflix and Vidio) or you can upgrade your internet speed.
Terms and Conditions related to the Netflix Service:
1. This IndiHome package (with Netflix Access) is available for new IndiHome customers who wish to subscribe starting at 30Mbps and old IndiHome customers who wish to upgrade to this package. Netflix is a paid subscription service that you will receive as part of your chosen IndiHome Package (with Netflix Access), at no additional cost. To become a Netflix customer, you must complete the steps to log in the first time as mentioned in point 10.b.
2. To enjoy services from Netflix as part of your IndiHome Package (with Netflix Access), you need to activate via the link that Netflix sent to the email registered on the MyTelkomsel App or via the link sent by IndiHome to the inbox on the MyTelkomsel App and accept the Terms of Use and IndiHome and Netflix Privacy Policy.
3. If you already have a Netflix account, that account needs to be linked to your IndiHome Package (with Netflix Access) by entering your Netflix account login details. If you do not connect your Netflix account that you already have with your IndiHome Package (with Netflix Access), then Netflix will still bill you separately for your existing Netflix account until the account is connected with your IndiHome Package (with Netflix Access).
4. If your Netflix account has been successfully linked to your IndiHome Package (with Netflix Access), then the IndiHome Package (with Netflix Access) will replace your old Netflix service, and the price of the Netflix package that applies is the price of the IndiHome Package (with Netflix Access).
5. If your existing Netflix account is billed through Apple, you must cancel your Apple bill to avoid recurring billing for Netflix when you activate your IndiHome Package (with Netflix Access).
6. By activating Netflix on IndiHome, you agree to:
  If there are conflicting provisions between these Terms and Conditions and the Netflix Terms of Use, (i) in matters relating to the Netflix Service, the Netflix Terms of Use will apply, and (ii) in other cases these Terms and Conditions will apply.
7. To be able to watch various shows on Netflix, you can download the Netflix application via the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) menu or can visit the Netflix website through your browser after activating it as mentioned in point 10.b. Currently, the Netflix service can be enjoyed through the IndiHome STB ZTE B8660 v5 (ATV). We will inform you when this service is available on other IndiHome STB devices.
8. By purchasing this package, you agree that your email will be shared with Netflix with the aim of facilitating the activation of the Netflix service included in your IndiHome Package (with Netflix Access). You also understand that any personal information that Netflix may obtain and process in connection with your subscription to and use of Netflix will be conducted in accordance with the Netflix Privacy Statement.
9. Your Netflix subscription fee, which is included in your IndiHome Package (with Netflix Access), cannot be returned separately. Access to the Netflix service will start on the day your IndiHome Package (with Netflix Access) is activated, regardless of whether you activate your Netflix subscription package, and will continue until your IndiHome Package (with Netflix Access) ends.
10. There is an additional fee if you choose to upgrade to a Netflix package that is higher than the Netflix package included in your IndiHome Package (with Netflix Access).
11. In providing this IndiHome Package (with Netflix Access), you understand that Telkomsel is working with Netflix through Metranet.
Terms and Conditions related to Disney+ Hotstar Services:
1. This IndiHome package (with Disney+ Hotstar access) is available for new IndiHome customers and existing IndiHome customers who wish to upgrade their package. Disney+ Hotstar is a paid subscription service (current market rates of Rp39,000/month (including VAT) or Rp199,000/year (including VAT), which you will receive as part of the IndiHome Package (with Disney+ Hotstar Access) which You choose, at no additional cost. To become a Disney+ Hotstar customer, you must complete the steps to log in the first time as mentioned in point 11.b.
2. The first time you log in to Disney+ Hotstar, you need to create a Disney+ Hotstar account and accept the Disney+ Hotstar Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

IndiHome bills will be billed to customers every month on a postpaid basis and will be prorated in the first month.
Customers are prohibited from reselling, either part or all of IndiHome services and are prohibited from transferring, changing, or misusing any IndiHome network and IndiHome services.
IndiHome provides Hybrid Box (STB) and ONT for the subscription.
