How do Poin tiers work?

  • Tier status is based on your average spend over the previous 6 months
  • Priority, Gold and Red status is based on your spending as shown here
  • Mass customers can go directly to Red status once they spend Rp 50.000 within a month
  • For customers who migrate from prepaid to postpaid lines, their points and tiers will be migrated. As for the tier evaluation period, the calculation is restarted from the time the customer became a postpaid subscriber


How to get POIN ?

All Telkomsel customers obtain POIN based on the type of SIM card being used and according to the POIN collection mechanism as follows :

  • KartuHalo
    You will get 3 POIN for each 5,000 IDR of your total invoice. With minimum limit for total invoice is 5,000 IDR.
  • simPATI, KartuAs, and LOOP
    You will get 1 POIN for each 5,000 IDR, with minimum limit of add credit accumulation is 50,000 IDR per month.

What is Telkomsel POIN ?

Telkomsel Poin is a loyalty program intended for Telkomsel's customers (kartuHalo, simPATI, and KARTU As). You can earn points that can be redeemed for a variety of benefits or gifts within our reward points catalogue.

How many points do I earn for my spending?

For kartu Halo customers, you will earn 3 points for every Rp5.000 you pay for your monthly bill.

For simPATI and KARTU As customers, you will earn 1 point for every Rp5.000 you top up.

Is there a minimum amount I need to spend to earn POIN ?

You will need to spend Rp 50.000 within a month to start earning points.

When can I get my Telkomsel POIN ?

Kartu Halo customers will be awarded points after the rating of billing is done. simPATI and KARTU As customers will be awarded points within 24 hours after a top up.

What can I exchange my Telkomsel POIN for?

You can exchange your points for the following categories:

  • Telkomsel SMS, voice and data packages
  • Digital product packages like ringtones, content and games
  • A variety of products and attractive discounts from merchants we have partnered with

Unfortunately, points cannot be transferred to other Telkomsel numbers.

You type POIN to 777 or login to the MyTelkomsel app to view and manage your points.

Do my Telkomsel POIN expire?

Yes, your points earned will expire at the end of the calendar year. For example, any points earned in 2017 will expire on 31 December 2017.

Do corporate customers also earn Telkomsel POIN?

All corporate customers in the Personal Paid category are eligible for Telkomsel POIN

How many POIN earned by Corporate customers?

The number of Telkomsel POIN earned by corporate customers paid is equal to the amount earned by Regular customers. For postpaid subscribers (kartuHalo) each payment of Rp5,000 in monthly bill, customer will get 3 POIN (multiplication applies).

For prepaid customers (simPATI, KARTU As, LOOP) Each charge Rp5.000, simPATI, KARTU As and LOOP users will get 1 POIN

What about corporate paid customers?

POIN calculations do not apply to customers of Corporate Paid category, but customers will be given special loyalty program by Telkomsel. For loyalty program can contact each Telkomsel Account Management for Corporate Paid customer.
