Subscribe via MAXStream TV

1. Enter the “Add TV Channel” menu on the home screen.
2. Select the desired Minipack package.
3. Please select the payment method you prefer.
4. Continue the payment process according to the selected payment method.
5. The Minipack Channel TV is successfully activated.

Subscribe via MyTelkomsel

1. Make sure you are logged into the MyTelkomsel App using your IndiHome account.
2. If not, log in using your IndiHome number, email, or mobile number registered with the IndiHome service.
3. If you have other service accounts (SIMPATI, Halo, or Orbit), set IndiHome as the main account by clicking “Manage Account” on the Homepage.
4. Access the IndiHome Add-on shopping feature via:
   • “Buy Add On” quick menu
   • “Buy Package” menu
   • “Buy Add On” menu in the “Mall” section
5. After selecting one, you will enter the “Buy Add On” menu.
6. Select the MAXStream TV category to view various TV add-ons, including Minipack Channels.
7. Select the Minipack Channel and your preferred payment method (subscription or 30-day purchase).
8. Review the package description and Terms & Conditions, then click “Buy”.
9. Confirm payment for your Minipack order.
10. Payment can be made via the IndiHome bill for postpaid methods, or via digital wallets, credit cards, or debit cards for prepaid methods.
11. Verify by entering the OTP code sent to the registered mobile number.
12. If verification is successful, your Minipack request will be processed within a maximum of 24 hours.
