Subscribe via MAXStream TV

Enter the “Add TV Channel” menu on the home screen.
Select the desired Minipack package.
Please select the payment method you prefer.
Continue the payment process according to the selected payment method.
The Minipack Channel TV is successfully activated.

Subscribe via MyTelkomsel

Make sure you are logged into the MyTelkomsel App using your IndiHome account.
If not, log in using your IndiHome number, email, or mobile number registered with the IndiHome service.
If you have other service accounts (SIMPATI, Halo, or Orbit), set IndiHome as the main account by clicking “Manage Account” on the Homepage.
Access the IndiHome Add-on shopping feature via:
- “Buy Add On” quick menu
- “Buy Package” menu
- “Buy Add On” menu in the “Mall” section
After selecting one, you will enter the “Buy Add On” menu.
Select the MAXStream TV category to view various TV add-ons, including Minipack Channels.
Select the Minipack Channel and your preferred payment method (subscription or 30-day purchase).
Review the package description and Terms & Conditions, then click “Buy”.
Confirm payment for your Minipack order.
Payment can be made via the IndiHome bill for postpaid methods, or via digital wallets, credit cards, or debit cards for prepaid methods.
Verify by entering the OTP code sent to the registered mobile number.
If verification is successful, your Minipack request will be processed within a maximum of 24 hours.

Additional Information

Customers must subscribe to IndiHome that includes MAXStream TV service and have a myIndiHome account that has been registered with an IndiHome number.
If you choose the postpaid payment method, the subscription fee will be included in your IndiHome bill every month.
By selecting the postpaid payment method, the Minipack Channel TV that you have selected will automatically be renewed after the service expires if you do not stop subscribing.
You can also choose a prepaid payment method, then the Minipack Channel TV that you have chosen will automatically stop after the service expires.
Customers must fulfill administrative requirements (bills are not in arrears and are not isolated).
Prices do not include VAT.
