  Telkomsel One is a convergence service that presents superior connectivity of home internet networks (IndiHome/Orbit) and mobile (Telkomsel) in one service, for a seamless broadband experience and a better digital experience, without being tied to a particular network technology.
• What if new customers want to subscribe to Telkomsel One service?

  
  For new customers, you can register for Telkomsel One via the MyTelkomsel App, Telkomsel One website, or visit the nearest GraPARI.
• What if IndiHome customers want to subscribe to Telkomsel One service?

  
  For IndiHome customers who want to upgrade their package to Telkomsel One, you can call 188 or come to the nearest GraPARI.
• What is Kuota Keluarga (Family Quota)?

  
  The Kuota Keluarga (Family Quota) Package is a data package that can be shared with family members or friends. This data package is only valid domestically (cannot be used when roaming abroad). This data package is valid nationally for all networks (2G, 3G, and 4G) and can be used together by the Admin and all registered Members.
• Who are the Admin and Members of Kuota Keluarga?

  
  Admin is a customer who can register or delete Members of the Kuota Keluarga, while Members are customers registered by the Admin as Kuota Keluarga users. Members and Admins can consume the Family Quota together.
• Are the services on Telkomsel One already combined in one bill?

  
  Home internet services and Family Quota from Telkomsel One are already combined in one bill (One Bill System).
• How do I subscribe to the Telkomsel One package if I don't have a Telkomsel number?

  
  Customers will get a free SIM Card from Telkomsel during the installation of a new Telkomsel One
