How do I check the remaining data balance for my package?

kartuHalo, users can check their balance through *888#. simPATI, KARTU AS and Loop users can check their remaining data balance through *363# or via MyTelkomsel app.

 

What happens if I exceed the quota balance of my package?

You will charged according to the Pay As You Use Rate. For simPATI, KARTU As and Loop users, the rate is Rp70/20 KB, and for kartuHalo users the internet access will be blocked.

 

Can I purchase a quota top up package without an internet package?

No, you will need to first purchase an internet package before you’re eligible to add on extra data.

My Internet connection seems slow. How can I fix it?

Ensure you’re in an outside area so that your phone can receive a clear signal. The closer you are to a transmission station (BTS), the higher your chance to receive a high speed. You can also check what other apps are running that may be consuming data bandwidth and close them.
