#KuotaKeluarga package is a data package that can be shared among family members or friends (Admin and Members) nationally (cannot be used for international roaming) using all Telkomsel networks (2G, 3G, 4G). The types of package are as follow:

General rules:

Admin and Members haven't registered to a Family Plan Group.
Admin and Members each have to own an active number.
Family Plan Group has to register at least one Member.
The Member's active period will not be extended by Family Plan.

The configuration change will be active in a maximum of 3x24 hours. Admin can replace up to 4 Members’ numbers and can only be done via 1 phone call/1 visit only for 1 active #KuotaKeluarga package. The newly registered Members will not get #KuotaKeluarga voice and SMS Quota.

I already purchased #KuotaKeluarga and I was already in the “Pembelian Sedang Diproses/ Your Purchase is Being Processed” phase. However, my #KuotaKeluarga package is still not active. What happened?

This allocation feature is available on MyTelkomsel App 4.5 and above. As an Admin, you can allocate (in GB):

Lite Package: 0, 2, 4, 8, 10, 15.
Advance Package: 0, 2, 5, 10, 20, 30.
Ultimate Package: 0, 5, 10, 20, 40, 60.

The quota that has been allocated can only be consumed by Admin. If the allocated quota has all been used up, the admin will consume the remaining quota. The remaining quota can be consumed together by the Admin and the Members. E.g.: The Admin allocated 8GB for themselves from the Lite package. The remaining quota (20GB – 8GB = 12GB) can be consumed together by the Admin and the Members.

These Special Terms and Conditions are inseparable parts of the General Terms and Conditions and Telkomsel Product Privacy Policy as stated on www.telkomsel.com. Before purchasing the Kuota Keluarga package, we encourage you to read these Special Terms and Conditions carefully. By purchasing and using the Kuota Keluarga package, you agree to abide by these Special Terms and Conditions.

The definition of user types:
- Admin: The customer who buys the Kuota Keluarga package.
- Member: The customers who are registered by the Admin to use the Kuota Keluarga package.
If the Admin still has an active Family Quota Package for a group of registered Member numbers and purchases another Quota Family Package, then the said Family Quota Package will automatically be effective for a group of Member numbers that are still active, there is no process of adding/changing Members.
This package is valid for active postpaid customers (Telkomsel Halo) and prepaid customers (Telkomsel PraBayar) and can only be activated via MyTelkomsel App.
A prepaid user can become both an Admin and a Member. To be a Member, you must not become a Member of another active Kuota Keluarga package.
A postpaid user can become an Admin if he/she is a regular user who has been active for more than three months. A postpaid user can become a Member if he/she is a regular user, not a Telkomsel Halo Data user, and has not become a Member of another active Kuota Keluarga package.
The price includes VAT and will only be charged to the Admin. The Kuota Keluarga package price may differ depending on the location.
This package is only valid for domestic usage (not valid for International Roaming, which will be charged separately).
The Admin and Members can check the remaining quota via MyTelkomsel App.
Kuota Keluarga package consists of some types of quotas:
- Family Internet Quota: 24-hours internet quota valid nationally as long as the Telkomsel network is available on 2G/3G/4G networks and can be used together by Admin and Members.
- Entertainment Quota: data quota to access video, games, music, and social media apps that can be used together by the Admin and the Members.
- Family Voice and SMS Quota: quota to make phone calls and send SMS to Admin and Members of the same Kuota Keluarga package. This quota has to be activated a maximum of 24 hours after purchasing the Kuota Keluarga package.
The Family Voice and SMS Quota can be enjoyed with a maximum duration of 40,000 minutes and the maximum number of SMS that can be consumed is 50,000 SMS.
Entertainment Quota can be used to access the following apps:
- GamesMAX: Mobile Legends Bang Bang, Arena of Valor, LINE Let’s Get Rich, Garena Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, and Shellfire.
- MusicMAX: Langit Musik, Deezer, Spotify, Noice, JOOX, Smule, Gen FM, Prambors FM, Trax FM, iRadio, Hard Rock FM, Brava FM, and Cosmopolitan FM.
- OMG!: MAXstream, VIU, KlikFilm, iflix, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook.
Video, film, or content services terms and conditions:
- The film censoring process is the full responsibility of the content provider. Telkomsel is trying its best to make sure only proper content are delivered to you.

Admin can add Members when purchasing the Kuota Keluarga package but cannot remove or add another Member until the package’s validity period ends, except with the condition as stated in point 14 of these Special Terms and Conditions.
If Admin wants to make a change to the Member numbers, Admin may change up to 4 Member numbers which can be done in a one-time call/visit only, via one of these channels:

- Send a direct message to Telkomsel’s official social media accounts such as:

- Visit the nearest GraPARI
- Send an e-mail to cs@telkomsel.com
However, the Member numbers that are recently added in the middle of the package’s validity period will not get Family Voice and SMS Quota. The change will be active in 3x24 hours.
The validity period of the Kuota Keluarga package will not extend the Member numbers’ active period.
Each package can have a maximum of 5 Members (6 in total, including the Admin).
If Admin still has an active Kuota Keluarga package for the registered Member numbers group and repurchases another Kuota Keluarga package, then the package will be automatically activated for the existing active Members and there will not be any Member change or addition.
During the Kuota Keluarga package validity period, the Admin can buy 1 more Kuota Keluarga package, whether it is the same type of Kuota Keluarga package or the different one. Each package has a different validity period.
If a Member has been registered in an active Kuota Keluarga package, the Member cannot be registered in another Kuota Keluarga package.
If the Admin or Members still have a remaining internet quota from another package, then the Kuota Keluarga package will be used after the quota from the previous package has been completely used up.
As long as your Kuota Keluarga package is still active, Admin and Members can only access the internet using their package data (both regular and Kuota Keluarga package). If all of your package data quota has been used up, your internet access will be automatically blocked by the system.
If the Kuota Keluarga package has been completely used up, the next quota consumption shall follow each brand's Terms & Conditions (Telkomsel PraBayar/prepaid or Telkomsel Halo/postpaid).
The Admin and Members can check the remaining general quota of Kuota Keluarga via the MyTelkomsel App. You can check the Kuota Keluarga package consumption of each Member through:

You can see the data usage from the first day of the subscription until one day before the validity period of the package ends.
Admin has to add at least 1 Member number in order to start the Kuota Keluarga package subscription.
If a prepaid Admin switch to a postpaid number, the Kuota Keluarga package will be canceled and cannot be used by all Members.
If a prepaid Member switches to postpaid, he/she can still use the Kuota Keluarga package.
The customers have to be aware that Kuota Keluarga is being used or shared together.
The numbers that are about to be added as Members are fully the responsibility of the Admin, where the Admin must already have full consent from the Members to use their data for Kuota Keluarga package service, including but not limited to the disclosure of the Member’s eligibility status during registration. Telkomsel is not responsible for any data or information misused by the Admin regarding the Members’ numbers.
All Members that have been registered to the Kuota Keluarga package and are using its service abide by Kuota Keluarga Special Terms and Conditions.
If a Member is not willing to be registered or refusing to be a Member of a Kuota Keluarga package, the Member shall contact the Admin to be excluded from the Kuota Keluarga package, and Admin may change the membership as stated in point 14 of these Special Terms and Conditions.
Starting from MyTelkomsel App version 4.5, the Admin can allocate a certain amount of Kuota Keluarga quota for themselves. The remaining quota, minus the allocation, can be consumed together by the Admin and the Members. If the quota allocated for Admin has been all used up, the next internet usage will consume the remaining quota.
Telkomsel is entitled to restrict or block the voice, SMS, or Internet service if there is any violation or misuse such as but not limited to overusing the service with or without any tools or misusing Telkomsel services by violating the law or regulations.
The Admin and Members' numbers have to be active to be able to use Kuota Keluarga (not currently in a grace period and not being blocked due to payment issues).
Telkomsel is not responsible for any misuse of the Kuota Keluarga package by another party, or for any package and content that are sold by unofficial channels.
Telkomsel is not responsible for any misuse of Telkomsel products by another party or for any content, communication, and internet usage sent or accessed using Telkomsel’s network.
Telkomsel will not guarantee the speed of service received by customers. The speed depends on many factors such as network availability, topography, population density, the thickness of the wall, the type of telecommunication device, the time of Telkomsel service usage, the amount of Telkomsel service users, the distance of BTS/antenna location, and other factors.
In carrying out its services, Telkomsel is entitled to renew or dismiss any service, add or deduct the tariff, quota, and quality of the Kuota Keluarga services under some considerations such as but not limited to:
- The authorities’ decisions.
- The service is no longer suitable for the most recent technology.
- The service is no longer being used and will be switched to another similar service.
- Other considerations deemed proper and necessary by Telkomsel.
- Every new term and condition informed on the website or other media by Telkomsel from time to time is a part of the terms and conditions for all Telkomsel customers.
