VAS – Active Period Extension

Active Period Extension (Perpanjangan Masa Aktif) is a service to extend your SIMPATI card’s active period. You can buy this service either when the card is still active or during the grace period.

• The Active Period Extension has a maximum cumulative validity of up to 365 days, especially for SIMPATI cards.
• If this service is purchased while the card is still active, the validity period will start from the last active date on the Telkomsel SIMPATI card.
• If this service is purchased during the grace period, the validity period will start from the purchase date of the Active Period Extension.

You can activate this extension via some channels as follows:

   1. Access *888# from your phone.
   2. Choose “2. Beli Masa Aktif”.
   3. Choose the extension you prefer:
      1. 5 days/Rp2,500
      2. 10 days/Rp4,000
      3. 15 days/Rp6,000
      4. 30 days/Rp14,000
      5. 90 days/Rp33,000
      6. 180 days/Rp62,000
      7. 360 days/Rp115,000
   4. Choose number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7.
   5. Reply with “1. Ya” to confirm your transaction.
2. Via UMB *888#
   1. Access *500*05# from your phone.
   2. Choose the extension you prefer:
      1. 5 days/Rp2,500
      2. 10 days/Rp4,000
      3. 15 days/Rp6,000
      4. 30 days/Rp14,000
      5. 90 days/Rp33,000
      6. 180 days/Rp62,000
      7. 360 days/Rp115,000
   3. Choose 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7.
   4. Reply with “1. Ya” to confirm your transaction.
3. Via MyTelkomsel App
   1. Go to “Shop” page.
   2. Choose “Internet” category.
   3. Choose “Perpanjangan Masa Aktif/Active Period Extension”.
   4. Confirm your purchase.

      This service can also be purchased through outlets, GraPARI, and Call Center 188.

• Choose “Ya” to confirm.

• Choose “Kirim Hadiah” (Send Gift) menu.
• Enter the recipient number.
• Choose “Internet”.
• Confirm your purchase.
• Get the OTP via SMS.
• Enter the OTP.
• The Active Period Extension gifting is successful.
