SIMPATI Special Voice Tariffs

Based on the latest SIMPATI special basic voice tariff since December 2025, the detailed tariff is as follows:

Special Voice Tariffs Rates Threshold
Special Voice Tariff Rp4,000 Rp1,000/15s at Rp4,000, then free (to call fellow Telkomsel numbers)
Rp1,000/15s, no drop call (to call fellow Telkomsel numbers)
When meet Rp4,000 usage for calls to any operator, then back to basic tariff 		Rp4,000
Special Voice Tariff Rp1,000/15 – 60 seconds (zone A) Rp1,000 in 15s - 60s
Rp0/15s for 180s then back to basic tariff 		Rp4,000
Special Voice Tariff Rp1,000/15 – 60 seconds (zone A) Rp1,000 in 15s - 60s
Rp0/15s for 180s then back to basic tariff 		Rp4,000
Special Voice Tariff Rp1,300/15 seconds Rp1,300/15s for 45s with threshold Rp3,900, no drop call for calls to any operator
After meet the usage threshold of Rp3,900, then back to basic tariff 		Rp3.900
Special Voice Tariff Rp150/minute Rp150/mins with threshold of Rp3,000, max. 30 mins
After meet usage threshold of Rp3,000 then free to call fellow Telkomsel numbers, recycle everyday 		Rp3,000

Notes :

  • Customers eligible for special call rates are based on a whitelist from their customer profile. Provisioning of special call rates is done gradually by Telkomsel. Customers cannot choose which special call rate they are eligible for.
  • Customers will receive an SMS campaign to notify them of their enrollment in a special call rate scheme.
