How to reactivate expired prepaid numbers

  1. Please prepare the following documents beforehand:
    • ID and Family Card you used to register your cellular number.
    • The physical SIM card you want to reactivate.
  2. Dial *888*89# using your expired number.
  3. You will see an instruction. Choose “1. Reaktivasi kartu”.
  4. Choose “1. Setuju” if you agree with the terms and conditions.
  5. Input your ID and Family Card numbers.
  6. You will receive an SMS notification stating whether your number can be reactivated or not.

You can contact Telkomsel E-care by sending direct message to Telkomsel’s Twitter or Instagram.

  1. Please prepare the following documents beforehand:
    • ID and Family Card you used to register your cellular number.
    • The physical SIM card you want to reactivate.
  2. Contact customer service via Direct Message (DM) by typing "prepaid reactivation".
  3. Later on, a link will be sent to upload a photo of your ID card, Family Card number, and the photo of the SIM card you want to reactivate.
  4. Next, you will be connected to the video call queue for data validation.

You can also visit the nearest GraPARI by carrying the required data, such as ID Card and Family Card numbers, also the expired SIM card. Submission to GraPARI must be done by yourself and cannot be represented.
