Make sure your number is registered in GraPARI or authorised outlet

You can buy a SIM card at GraPARI stores or authorised outlets by presenting your KTP/SIM/KITAS. For new SIM cards, self-registration through 4444 is not possible. SIM card registration can only be conducted by an authorised seller or a GraPARI employee.

Make sure your number is successfully activated

Check whether you are able to make a call or SMS to another number. While you do so, make sure you have a Telkomsel signal.
