Make sure you have registered by sending an SMS to 4444 with format: REG<space>NIK#Family Card Number#

Example: REG 1234567890123456#3201060401130027#

or

For existing customers with format: ULANG<space>NIK#Family Card Number#

Example: ULANG 1234567890123456#3201060401130027#

Make sure your number is successfully activated
Make sure your number is successfully activated

Check whether you are able to make a call or SMS to another number. While you do so, make sure you have a Telkomsel signal.

If the problem persists, you can come to the nearest GraPARI by presenting:

  • e-KTP and Kartu Keluarga for Indonesian Citizenship.
  • Paspor/KITAP/KITAS for foreigner.
