It is a promo where you can get cashback for new users who a make credit balance transaction on MyTelkomsel App using GoPay payment method.

All Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers can join this promo once during the promo period.

This promo is available from April 1 – 30, 2025.

1. The 50% cashback is valid for credit top up on the MyTelkomsel App using GoPay or GoPay binding payment method, special for new users.
2. This promo is valid for Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers.
3. The minimum transaction to get cashback is Rp20,000. The maximum cashback is 10,000 GoPay Coins.
4. This promo is valid from 1 - 30 April 2025 (from 10.00 GMT+7 until the promo quota runs out every day).
5. This promo is valid only once per customer during the program period.
6. This cashback promo is valid for new users who have never used GoPay for transactions on MyTelkomsel App.
7. The promo quota is limited.
8. You can receive the cashback after clicking the “Use/Pakai” button on the checkout page.
9. The cashback will be sent in a maximum of 2x24 hours.
10. This promo cannot be combined with another cashback promo.
11. The cashback in this promo can be canceled if the total transaction value entered the user's GoPay account for a month has exceeded the regulator's limit (Rp20 million/month in the calendar).
12. Telkomsel reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions applicable at any time without prior notice, including stopping/changing the promo.
13. Telkomsel reserves the right to cancel the cashback, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or freeze the account, if an indication of abuse by the user is found.
14. Telkomsel reserves the right not to include users in the next promo if abuse is found, fraud, and/or other suspicious activity against the applicable Terms & Conditions.
