This discount promo is for new SPayLater users who top up credit balance or pay Halo bills on MyTelkomsel using SPayLater. 

All SIMPATI and Halo customers can enjoy this offer once per customer during the program period. 

This program is valid from February 1 – 28, 2026. 

1. This promo offers a 5% discount of up to Rp25,000 for Halo phone credit purchases and bill payments on the MyTelkomsel App using the SPayLater payment method. 
2. This promo is valid for loyal SIMPATI and Halo customers who are also new SPayLater users on the MyTelkomsel App. 
3. Users have the opportunity to receive the maximum discount with a minimum transaction of Rp200,000. 
4. This promo is valid for a maximum of one transaction per user during the promo period. 
5. This promo is valid from February 1 to 28, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM (GMT+7) until the quota runs out each day. 
6. This promo quota is limited. 
7. The discount will automatically deduct from the transaction amount when paying using the SPayLater payment method. 
8. Telkomsel and SPayLater reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, including terminating/changing this promo. 
9. Telkomsel and SPayLater reserve the right to cancel the discount, or, if necessary, cancel transactions or freeze accounts, if any indication of abuse by the user is detected.
