This special promo allows customers who pay their Telkomsel SmartPay bills to receive cashback on admin fees in the form of GoPay balance.

This promo is valid for SIMPATI customers who pay their Telkomsel SmartPay bills in January 2026 during the program period on MyTelkomsel.

This promo is valid from February 1 to 7, 2026.

1. This promo runs from February 1 to 7, 2026.
2. Applies to customers who pay Telkomsel SmartPay bills for January 2026 during the program period.
3. Cashback equals the total admin fee per transaction made with Telkomsel SmartPay in January.
4. Maximum cashback is 15,000 GoPay balance (Telkomsel SmartPay admin fee is Rp3,000 per transaction).
5. Limited to the first 100 customers per day during the promo period.
6. Cashback will be credited to the customer’s GoPay number linked to MyTelkomsel no later than February 28, 2026.
7. Telkomsel reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, including terminating or changing the promotion.
8. Telkomsel reserves the right to cancel cashback, or if necessary, cancel transactions or freeze accounts, if any indication of abuse by the user is detected.
9. Telkomsel reserves the right to exclude users from future promotions if any abuse, fraud, and/or other suspicious activity is found to violate the applicable Terms & Conditions.
