It is a special offer for new ShopeePay app users, where you can get a discount on package purchases via the MyTelkomsel App when paying with ShopeePay.

All SIMPATI (prepaid) customers who are new ShopeePay users can join this promo once during the promo period.

This promo is available from April 1 – 30, 2026.

1. Discounts apply to package transactions on the MyTelkomsel App using the ShopeePay payment method.
2. The promo is valid for new ShopeePay users on the MyTelkomsel App.
3. The minimum transaction and maximum discount you can get are as follows:
   • Up to Rp25,000 discount with a minimum transaction of Rp100,000
   • Up to Rp12,500 discount with a minimum transaction of Rp50,000
   • Up to Rp5,000 discount with a minimum transaction of Rp20,000
4. This promo is valid only once per customer during the program period.
5. This promo is valid from April 1 – 30, 2026 (10:00 AM GMT+7 until the promo quota runs out).
6. The discount is subject to availability (limited quota per day).
7. The discount will automatically deduct the transaction amount when paying using the ShopeePay payment method.
8. Telkomsel and ShopeePay reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions applicable at any time without prior notice, including stopping/changing the promo.
9. Telkomsel and ShopeePay reserve the right to cancel the discount, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or freeze the account, if an indication of abuse by the user is found.
10. Telkomsel and ShopeePay reserve the right not to include users in the next promo if abuse is found, fraud, and/or other suspicious activity against the applicable Terms & Conditions.
