It's a special promo for customers who buy data package, top up credit balance, or pay Halo bills on MyTelkomsel App using BNI Direct Debit as a payment method to get LinkAja balance cashback.

All Telkomsel customers who make transactions on MyTelkomsel App using BNI Direct Debit can join this promo.

This promo is available from January 3 – 24, 2026 (10:00 – 23:59 GMT+7).

1. This promo is valid from January 3 – 24, 2026 (10:00 GMT+7 until the promo quota runs out).
2. All Telkomsel customers who buy data packages, top up credit balance, or pay Halo bills on MyTelkomsel App using BNI Direct Debit.
3. The maximum cashback is Rp15,000 in the form of LinkAja balance with a minimum transaction of Rp100,000.
4. Cashback quota is limited, only valid for the first 30 customers per day during the program period.
   • The first 20 customers per day for credit/package purchase transactions.
   • The first 10 customers per day for Halo bill payment transactions.
5. Customers can take part in this promo once during the program period.
6. The cashback balance will be credited to the customer's active account a maximum of D+30 after the program period ends.
7. Telkomsel reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions applicable at any time without prior notice, including stopping/changing the promo.
8. Telkomsel reserves the right to cancel the cashback, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or freeze the account, if an indication of abuse by the user is found.
9. Telkomsel reserves the right not to include users in the next promo if abuse is found, fraud, and/or other suspicious activity against the applicable Terms & Conditions.
