All SIMPATI & Telkomsel Halo customers who make transactions on the MyTelkomsel app using blu by BCA can participate in this promo. 

This promo is valid from July 22 – 26, 2026.  

1. Promo period: July 22 – 26, 2026. 
2. This promotion is valid for all blu users who use the bluPayment method on MyTelkomsel App. 
3. This promo offers 50% cashback up to Rp25,000 with a minimum transaction of Rp50,000. 
4. Promo quota is limited to 200 transactions per day or 1,000 transactions during the program period. 
5. Promo is valid for credit or data package purchases and Halo bill payments. 
6. Promo is valid for SIMPATI (prepaid) and Halo (postpaid) users, including Halo bill payments. 

7. The bluPayment payment method is available on MyTelkomsel App with the following details: 

   • Prepaid credit and data package purchases are available on MyTelkomsel App version 9.0 and above (Android and iOS). 
   • Prepaid roaming package purchases are only available on MyTelkomsel App version 9.2 and above (Android), not yet available on iOS. 
   • Postpaid Halo bill payments are only available on MyTelkomsel App version 9.0 and above (Android), not yet available on iOS. 

   Outside of the versions mentioned above, bluPayment cannot be used on the MyTelkomsel app. 

8. This promo can only be used once per user during the promo period. 
9. This program does not contain any form of lottery, selection, or competition. 
10. The promotion amount is the amount after deducting all deductions (if any) in accordance with applicable tax regulations. 
11. Customers are fully responsible for all tax obligations in connection with promotions received in accordance with applicable tax regulations. The Bank is not responsible for customer tax obligations. 
12. In the event of any data discrepancy between the customer and the bank, the bank’s data is considered to be the correct one.
