What is kartuHalo Fast Track customer and how to become one?

kartuHalo Fast Track customer is the customer who enjoys prioritized services. You can be a kartuHalo Fast Track customer if you meet the following criteria:

  • Have been a Telkomsel customer at least 6 months.
  • Your average payment in the last 3 months is at least Rp100,000.

What is kartuHalo Fast Track program?

kartuHalo Fast Track program is a program where kartuHalo new customers can immediately become a Gold or Platinum member since the first time they activated their kartuHalo number without waiting for 6 months and spending at least Rp100,000.

Can the upfront payment be used to pay kartuHalo bills?

Yes, the upfront payment can be used to pay kartuHalo bills. If your bills exceeded, you only need to pay the remaining amount.

Can all Telkomsel users join kartuHalo Fast Track program?

No, this program is only valid for kartuHalo new customers and customers who migrate from prepaid (simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop) to postpaid and pass the validation process.

How do I check my Fast Track package quota?

You can check your Fast Track package quota on MyTelkomsel App or my.telkomsel.com.

  1. The pricing stated above has not included 10% VAT.
  2. Content quota can be used for:
    • MAXstream: MAXstream app, HOOQ, VIU, Nickelodeon Play.
    • GamesMAX: Clash of Clans, Crisis Action, LINE Let’s Get Rich, Vainglory, Seven Knight.
    • MusicMAX: JOOX, Langit Musik, Smule, Prambors, Gen FM.
  3. kartuHalo Fast Track customers will automatically become priority customers without waiting for 6 months and spending at least Rp100,000.
  4. Customer will automatically be eligible for benefits when the Customer Level applied, such as more Telkomsel POIN, prioritized network, prioritized services.
  5. After your Customer Level has been determined, your level cannot be changed for the first 6 months. After that, the mechanism shall follow the rule applied.
  6. Fast Track Customer Level (Gold/Platinum) will be active in maximum 7x24 hours since your kartuHalo number has been activated.
  7. Starting from June 19th, 2019 you can only apply to the Fast Track program at GraPARI.
