All Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) and Halo (postpaid) customers can join this program once during the promo period.

This promo runs from November 25 – 30, 2023.

• The cashback is valid for customers who buy packages or pay Halo bills on MyTelkomsel App using ShopeePay payment.
• This promo is valid for Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) and Halo (postpaid) customers.
• The minimum transaction to get cashback is Rp45,000.
• The maximum cashback is 11,000 Shopee Coins.
• This promo applies only once per user during the promo period.
• This promo runs from November 25 – 30, 2023 (10:00 GMT+7 until the promo quota runs out).
• The cashback is subject to availability (limited quota per day).
• Cashback will be automatically credited to ShopeePay users in the form of Shopee Coins 1x24 hours after the payment is successful.
• Shopee Coins cannot be cashed, but can be used as a discount on the Shopee Application or MyTelkomsel App.
• Shopee coins will be forfeited if not used within 3 months.
• If the user makes a refund, the user cannot enjoy the same Cashback promo on the same day.
• Telkomsel reserves the right to change the terms & conditions applicable at any time without prior notice, including stopping/changing the promo.
• Telkomsel reserves the right to cancel the cashback, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or freeze the account, if an indication of abuse by the user is found.
