It is a special promo where users can get cashback for data package or credit balance purchase on MyTelkomsel App using DANA payment method.

All SIMPATI (prepaid) customers can join this promo once during the promo period.

This promo is available from December 1 – 20, 2025.

1. The cashback up to Rp5,000 is valid for data package and credit balance transactions on the MyTelkomsel App using DANA payment method.
2. This promo is valid for SIMPATI (prepaid) customers.
3. Customers have the chance to get cashback worth Rp5,000 with a minimum transaction of Rp60,000.
4. This promo applies only once per transaction per user during the promo period.
5. This promo is valid from December 1 – 20, 2025 (00:00 until the promo quota runs out every day).
6. Promo quota is limited.
7. The promo is valid for 1 user and 1 electronic device.
8. Promo is only valid for payments using DANA balance.
9. Cashback will be automatically sent to your DANA balance, no later than 24 hours after the transaction is successful.
10. If you don't get cashback from a successful transaction, it means that the promo quota has run out or the promo period has ended.
11. If the user makes a refund, the user cannot enjoy the same cashback promo on the same day.
12. Telkomsel reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions applicable at any time without prior notice, including stopping/changing the promo.
13. Telkomsel reserves the right to cancel the cashback, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or freeze the account, if an indication of abuse by the user is found.
14. Telkomsel reserves the right not to include users in the next promo if abuse is found, fraud, and/or other suspicious activity against the applicable Terms & Conditions.
