How to earn KM

Log in: 2KM
Log in 5 consecutive days: 5KM
Credit top-up: 1KM/Rp1,000
Package purchase: 1KM/Rp1,000
Bill payment: 1KM/Rp1,000
The more transactions you make, the faster your journey progress. For every transaction worth Rp1,000, you will earn 1KM. If the decimal points ≥ 5, it will be rounded up. E.g.:
- If you make a Rp3,200 transaction, you will earn (3,200/1,000) = 3KM.
- If you make a Rp3,500 transaction, you will earn (3,500/1,000) = 3.5KM à rounded up to 4KM.

Also, for bill payment transaction, there’s an offline process of up to 72 hours to credit your KM.

All about missions

Daily Login
Every day, you can earn 2KM for your first access on MyTelkomsel App and additional 5KM for every 5 consecutive days accessing the app.
Daily Missions
The daily missions need actions every day such as the daily login, 5 consecutive days login, the daily check-ups, and the Telkomsel Daily Missions only on specific days.
1. Daily Check-ups: Daily mission for scooter care and maintenance. By completing the Daily Check-up, you will receive 3 KM.
2. Telkomsel Daily Missions: On special days, Telkomsel daily missions will give an extra 5KM according to your Telkomsel Customer Level/Loyalty Tiers:
  - Regular users will only have 1 Telkomsel Daily Mission per month, with a maximum of extra 5KM per month.
  - Gold users will have 2 Telkomsel Daily Mission per month, with a maximum of extra 10KM per month.
  - Platinum users will have 3 Telkomsel Daily Mission per month, with a maximum of extra 15KM per month.
  - Diamond users will have 4 Telkomsel Daily Mission per month, with a maximum of 20KM per month.
Targeted/Adventure Missions
Missions related to exploring MyTelkomsel App, educational tasks, purchases, and actions inside the game. You can get 3 targeted/adventure missions to collect the rewards per day. Skip feature will be possible to use once per 15 days where the user can go to the next set of missions.
Boosters
All credit top-ups, bill payments, and package purchases will give 1KM for each Rp1,000 spent, accordingly. For example, if you buy a package worth Rp10,000, you will receive 10 KM. On special days, Booster Bonus will give extra KM according to the Telkomsel Customer Level/Loyalty Tier:
- Regular users will not receive any bonus for the Boosters purchased.
- Gold users will receive extra 1KM for each Rp1,000 spent on Boosters, credit top-ups, bill payments, and package purchases.
- Platinum users will receive extra 2KM for each Rp1,000 spent on Boosters, credit top-ups, bill payments, and package purchases.
- Diamond users will receive extra 3KM for each Rp1,000 spent on Boosters, credit top-ups, bill payments, and package purchases.

Additional Information

Jelajah Nusantara is a program, exclusive to MyTelkomsel users, that takes them on a virtual journey across 30 destinations in Indonesia, through a total of 18.264KM. Each user will select their avatar and nickname to start travelling and will need to perform different in-app actions to progress from destination to destination and enjoy the rewards on the way.

To win KM, actions inside MyTelkomsel and Jelajah Nusantara game will be rewarded. From MyTelkomsel App, rewarded actions include top-ups, bill payments, and package purchases. From Jelajah Nusantara, daily and progressive missions will be rewarded, as the daily check-ups and the adventure missions. Check the mission section to have a deeper understanding of how to receive KM.

When reaching new destinations, the users will always receive rewards with a reward redemption period of 15 days.

There will be 30 different destinations based on great and beautiful landmarks across Indonesia. To go from destination to destination, the user needs to accumulate KM. The virtual journey starts on Masjid Raya Baiturrahman and end at the 30th destination, Air Terjun Kiti Kiti, a total of 18.264 KM. The 18th destination is Ibu Kota Nusantara, the future capital city of Indonesia. Each destination along with the description and rewards will have information on restaurants, hotels, and monuments close to that destination.

For each new destination reached, the users will get a reward! All rewards must be redeemed to be enjoyed by the user. Rewards will expire in 15 days after being awarded. If the reward is not redeemed before the expiration date, the user will lose the right to claim the prize. For example, a user that reaches the first destination on July 1 at 12:00:00 can redeem the prize until July 16 at 12:00:00.

After redeeming a reward in Jelajah Nusantara, the information on the reward activation will be sent by Telkomsel directly.

Jelajah Nusantara is a series of game activities that takes users on a virtual journey across various cities in Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as “Program”).
Jelajah Nusantara game runs from October 18, 2023 to December 31, 2024.
To join this Program, users must open Jelajah Nusantara page from MyTelkomsel App.
Various attractive prizes can be obtained by users for each successful completion of the challenges in the Program. Prizes will require activation to be enjoyed by the users and are subject to 15-day validity. Prizes that are not activated before expiration will be unavailable to the users. For certain prizes, users will be charged Rp10 and/or 1 Telkomsel Poin upon claiming.
Each prize is only valid for users registered on MyTelkomsel App and cannot be cashed or transferred to other parties.
PT Telekomunikasi Selular (“Telkomsel”) has the right to stop or change Jelajah Nusantara Program at any time with or without prior notice, for various reasons, but still considers users’ rights.
If fraud or violations are found committed by a user, Telkomsel has the right, without prior notice, to block the user from Jelajah Nusantara Program and cancel the delivery of prizes or benefits obtained by the user.
Telkomsel has the right to replace the prize with a similar product or the same value if the initial prize is not available.
All data and information collected by Telkomsel are confidential and only used for publication and/or documentation purposes (in any form of media) by Telkomsel and third parties who cooperate with Telkomsel to manage the implementation of the Program.
Be careful of fraud on behalf of Telkomsel. Telkomsel is not responsible for all losses arising from fraud experienced by users.
Telkomsel could make changes to the Terms and Conditions in this Program at any time with notification to the users.
By participating in this Program, all users are deemed to understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the General Provisions for Telkomsel Service Users.
