Get T-Care PIN

You can do so via SMS by typing “PIN” and sending to 111.

Alternatively, you can do it via the MyTelkomsel website:

  • Select the menu option “Haven’t got PIN or forgot PIN?”
  • Input your phone number, date of birth and capcha code
  • Click the option “Get PIN now”
  • You’ll receive an SMS containing your T-Care PIN

Check profile information

You can check your profile details via the MyTelkomsel app:

  • Select “My account”
  • Select “Profile”

Alternatively, you can do so via the MyTelkomsel website:

  • Select “Profile”
  • Select “Customer detail”

Know PUK number

You can check your PUK number via the MyTelkomsel website:

  • Select “Profile”
  • Select “PUK number”

Alternatively, you can do so by calling 188 (Telkomsel call centre) and inputting your T-Care PIN:

  • Select “Proceed with the same number”
  • Select “Profile setting”
  • Select “PUK”

Check current Telkomsel POIN

You can do so in a number of different ways.

MyTelkomsel app:

  • Select “Telkomsel POIN”

MyTelkomsel web:

  • Input your number
  • Input your T-Care PIN

SMS:

  • Type “POIN” and send to 777

UMB:

  • Dial *700#
  • Select “Check POIN”
  • Select “Amount of POIN”
  • You will receive SMS from 777 informing you of your current Telkomsel POIN

188 (Telkomsel call centre)

  • Select “Proceed with the same number”
  • Select “Profile setting”
  • Select “Telkomsel POIN”
