There are three possible reasons why your registration failed:
1. Your NIK/NOKK data does not match
2. Mismatch between NIK and NOKK
3. You have exceeded the limit of SIM Card ownership per NIK/NOKK, which is three numbers
4. Make sure to register during operational hours according to Dukcapil regulations
Please visit the nearest GraPARI to delete one of the numbers registered in your NIK/NOKK.
