  1. Open MyTelkomsel App.
  2. Access “Internet” menu and choose “Zoom Package/Paket Zoom”.
  3. Choose the type of package you prefer and click “Buy”.
  4. Choose your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.
  5. You’ll receive a transaction notification via SMS.

  6. Check your email and follow the instructions to activate your Zoom account. If you don't see the email in a few minutes, check your "junk mail" or "spam" folder.

  1. Zoom Data Package Subscription can be purchased via MyTelkomsel App or UMB *363*222#.
  2. Maximum 1 purchase of Zoom Data Package Subscription in 1 subscription period.
  3. The Zoom Pro Subscription Package is valid for 30 days from the date of package purchase and will be extended for 30 days from the date of payment each month.
  4. The Zoom Subscription Package period will be valid for 12 months. Payment for this package will be made by deducting your credit or balance limit every month.
  5. Credit deductions are only made when you have sufficient balance. If the credit or balance limit is insufficient, you can’t access the Zoom subscription account.
  6. The Zoom account email registered during initial registration will be used for automatic renewal every month.
  7. Telkomsel has the right at any time to update the service which includes changes and adjustments to the types of packages, benefits and/or other derivative services contained in the service, including termination of use of the service, with considerations such as but not limited to: (i) the end of the collaboration between Telkomsel and Zoom (ii) determined, requested, ordered, or instructed by laws and regulations or the competent authority; (iii) is no longer in accordance with current developments and technology; (iv) is no longer used and will be transferred to a similar service; and (v) other considerations acceptable to Telkomsel.
  8. Renewal and termination of services by Telkomsel is carried out with prior notification on Telkomsel's official communication channels (landing page, SMS, and e-mail) while still paying attention to your rights as a consumer.
  9. Customers can stop subscribing by contacting Customer Service at 188 or via UMB *363*222#.

  1. If your email account has a previous subscription to Zoom via other payments, you will receive an email from Zoom to review the account changes.
  2. Continue the Zoom activation process by clicking “Next: Review Account Balance”.
  3. Select “Send refund to yourself”.
  4. Click the check box approval.
  5. Click “Accept”.
  6. The refund will be processed within 24 hours.
  7. Only customers who have funds that need to be returned can receive a refund.
