What is Call Filter feature?
It’s a special service for Telkomsel customers to block unwanted calls. You can blacklist unwanted callers’ numbers, edit them, see how many times the blacklisted numbers call you, etc. You can also arrange an automatic answer for those unwanted calls.
Who can use Call Filter feature?
Only Telkomsel customers can use Call Filter feature.
How much is the tariff of Call Filter feature?
For weekly subscription, the tariff is Rp2,200/week.
For monthly subscription, the tariff is Rp8,800/month.
Terms and Conditions
The Call Filter service is valid for all Telkomsel customers (PraBayar/prepaid and Halo/postpaid).
Prices include VAT for prepaid customers. For Halo customers, prices do not include VAT.
Only valid for domestic use (not valid for foreign use and will be charged separately).
Successful subscription notification will be sent via SMS and service termination notification will also be sent via SMS before the subscription period expires.
Basically, Telkomsel will provide the best network access service speed for customers, but there are several conditions that can cause customers not to get the service speed as expected, such as network availability, topographic factors, population density, building wall thickness, types of telecommunication equipment used, time of use of Telkomsel services, number of users of Telkomsel services, proximity of customers to the nearest BTS/antenna location, and other factors.
In carrying out its services, Telkomsel has the right at any time to renew services, close services, increase/decrease tariffs with considerations, among others:
Determined by the competent authority.
The service is not in accordance with the times and the latest technology.
The service is no longer used and the service will be transferred to a similar service.
