The discount on installation fees from Rp150,000 to Rp30,000 is only valid from June 1 – 30, 2025.

Installation fee is only paid once during installation.
Subscription fees start from Rp150,000, and payment method is carried out at the end of the subscription period (postpaid) according to the billing period determined by Telkomsel through IndiHome Billing.
When registering, it is mandatory to fill in the home location point correctly. The service can only be used at home.
EZnet Wireless has a speed limit of 10Mbps and a fair usage limit (FUP) of 120GB applies, after which the customer's speed will decrease to 512Kbps.
Packages are renewed every 1^st.
If FUP runs out, customers can purchase additional quota (Add-on) as a speed booster.
The speed limit is not a guarantee of minimum speed but rather a maximum speed limit.
All bills (including EZnet Wireless 10Mbps overdue bills and fines) charged to customers, do not include VAT.
Payment of the first month of EZnet Wireless 10Mbps service fees will be due on the 20th of the following month after the installation of the CPE device at the installation address is carried out and will be paid proportionally (pro-rate).
