What is kartuHalo Instant Benefit program?

It’s a kartuHalo program that gives benefits such as e-commerce voucher, Disney+ Hotstar subscription and additional data quota to customers who sign up for a new kartuHalo or switch from prepaid to kartuHalo.

Who is eligible for kartuHalo Instant Benefit program?

All new customers who sign up for kartuHalo and prepaid customers who switch to kartuHalo are eligible for this program.

Where do I sign up or switch to kartuHalo?

You can sing up for (if you are a new customer) or switch to (if you are a prepaid customer) kartuHalo at GraPARI, Telesales, Telkomsel website, and also through Telkomsel’s partners (offline distributor partners and e-commerce partners).

How do I get the free voucher?

  • You will get a notification SMS to redeem 1 Telkomsel POIN for 1 voucher (you may choose from the options) after you complete your kartuHalo bill payment each month.
  • After choosing the voucher, you will get another notification SMS in which you can find the voucher code to be used at selected merchants’ application or website.

What happens if I do not redeem my Telkomsel POIN to get the voucher?

Telkomsel POIN will be valid for 30 days. It is best to redeem your Telkomsel POIN during this period. Once the period is over, the Telkomsel POIN will be expired.

What kind of voucher are available to choose?

You can choose the voucher from Blibli.com, Gojek, Shopee, Tokopedia, ZALORA, LinkAja, or JOOX.

Is there another benefit I can get?

You can also get a Disney+ Hotstar 3-month subscription. If you sign up for kartuHalo by purchasing Halo Unlimited package worth Rp100,000, you will also get additional 15GB per month for 3 months.

How do I get the free Disney+ Hotstar subscription and additional data quota?

The Disney+ Hotstar subscription and additional 15GB will be automatically active once your kartuHalo registration has been successful.

KARTUHALO INSTANT BENEFIT TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. This program is valid for new kartuHalo customers or prepaid customers who switch to kartuHalo via Telkomsel registration channels such as GraPARI, Telesales, Telkomsel website, and Telkomsel's partners (offline distributor partners and e-commerce partners).
  2. This program is also valid for new kartuHalo customers or prepaid customers who switch to kartuHalo bundling device via Telkomsel registration channels such as GraPARI, Telesales, Telkomsel website, and Telkomsel's partners (offline distributor partners and e-commerce partners).
  3. Customers are required to prepare their personal information and follow the terms and conditions during kartuHalo registration via each channel you prefer.
  4. Voucher can be redeemed up to 3 times during program period with one-time redemption per month every billing cycle.
  5. Customers will redeem for 1 Telkomsel POIN to fulfil the voucher redemption terms and conditions each month for 3 times.
  6. Customers can only choose one voucher for one transaction at the chosen e-commerce/service. E.g.: If you already choose Tokopedia voucher, you can’t use other vouchers.
  7. The voucher code will be sent via SMS by Telkomsel once customers have made the choice.

  6. 1 number can only redeem once within 1 month.

  1. As a part of Instant Benefit, the additional data quota will be offered from April 1st to May 31st, 2021.
  2. The additional data quota will be given to customer who chooses Halo Unlimited package worth at least Rp100,000.
  3. The additional data quota can be used on all Telkomsel networks (2G/3G/4G).
  4. Customer will get a notification via SMS informing that the additional data quota is active, separated from the notification stating that the main package is active.
