What happens to my Netflix subscription billing after the promotion ends?
Once the promotion ends, the Netflix subscription fee will automatically revert to the regular price based on the selected plan (Mobile, Basic, Standard, or Premium). The service will remain active without requiring reactivation, unless the customer chooses to cancel via the MyTelkomsel app or their Netflix account.
Who is eligible to enjoy this promotion?
This promotion is exclusively available for Telkomsel Halo (postpaid) customers only, both new and existing.

Halo x Netflix package offers can only be purchased a maximum of once during the promo period.
The promo price is only valid for the first purchase and renewals until December 2025. After that, the normal rate will apply.
Netflix Mobile Package Price: Rp54,000/month, with a Rp9,000 discount every month during the promo period.
Netflix Basic Package Price: Rp65,000/month, with a Rp10,000 discount every month during the promo period.
Netflix Standard Package Price: Rp120,000/month, with a Rp20,000 discount every month during the promo period.
Netflix Premium Package Price: Rp186,000/month, with a Rp31,000 discount every month during the promo period.
To enjoy Netflix, you can verify the Telkomsel number you'll use for your Netflix account. Make sure your Telkomsel number matches the number you'll be using.

By activating a Netflix subscription, you agree to:
If there’s any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Netflix Terms of Use, then (i) to the extent it relates to the Netflix Service, the Netflix Terms and Conditions will control, and (ii) otherwise, these Terms and Conditions will control.
If you already have a Netflix account, it must be linked to your Telkomsel-Netflix Bundling Plan using your existing login. If you don’t link your account, Netflix will keep billing you separately until it’s linked.
Once linked, your Telkomsel-Netflix Bundling Plan will replace your existing Netflix billing. The applicable plan price will follow Telkomsel’s bundling price.
If your Netflix account is billed through Apple or Credit Card, you must cancel that billing method to avoid double charges when activating the Telkomsel-Netflix Bundling Plan.

Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package is valid only for domestic use (not valid for International Roaming, which will be charged separately).
Netflix subscription packages will be billed monthly according to the subscription fee.
The Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package will automatically be renewed at the end of each subscription period. Customers will be notified a day before the renewal is made.
If during the renewal period the customer does not have enough credit or the bill has exceeded the limit, the Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package will not be renewed, and the customer must re-activate the Netflix package via MyTelkomsel App.
Customers can cancel the Netflix subscription plan while the subscription period is still active and can continue to access it until the subscription period ends.
Customers can unsubscribe from Netflix packages at any time by accessing Netflix subscription settings on MyTelkomsel in the “Packages and Subscriptions” menu in the “Digital Services” section or via the settings page.
If the customer cancels their Netflix plan, the customer's Netflix package will not be renewed in the next period.
Kuota Nonton (Streaming Quota) can be used to watch MAXStream, Netflix, and any other video services that have a partnership with Telkomsel.
Kuota Nonton (Streaming Quota) cannot be used if the VPN/Data Saver Function is active.
If there’s any content or link from a third party that you access via Netflix App, the access might consume internet data, including application that run on the background on your devices.
Telkomsel is not responsible for the content on the Netflix Service.
If the Kuota Nonton (Streaming Quota) runs out, customers can buy additional quota. If you exceed the provided quota and don't have a Kuota Nonton, you will be charged regular internet quota or the internet basic tariff/PAYU (Pay as You Use).
Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package prices may change at any time and will be valid for 1 month after being notified to customers.
If there are changes to the terms & conditions related to packages and subscriptions, adjustments will be made on the terms & conditions page of the related packages.
