Family Sharing Internet Package is a new product that allows kartuHalo customers who subscribes Halo•Kick! to enjoy internet quota with Halo•Family members simultaneously.
Activate Family Sharing Internet Package through UMB *111# then select “Halo•Family” menu and select “Paket Internet Family Sharing” menu or via Call Center 188 or visit nearest GraPARI.
The price of Family Sharing Internet Package (Rp20,000) is full-rate, while monthly Halo•Kick! package remains pro-rate.
Family Sharing Internet quota is valid for all Telkomsel network.
All Halo•Family members can activate Family Sharing Internet Package according to the active Halo•Kick! package.
All Halo•Family members can activate Family Sharing Internet Package after Paket Bebas Bicara (free call package) to fellow family members (Halo•Family CUG) has been activated.
All Halo•Family members (parent and child number) who has Halo•Kick! package can enjoy Family Sharing Internet quota even if they do not activate Family Sharing Internet Package.
Family Sharing Internet Package is valid for 1 month according to billing cycle and does not automatically renew.
Family Sharing Internet quota can be consumed when internet quota from main package subscription and/or extra data quota package runs out.
All Halo•Family members (parent and child number) can check the remaining Family Sharing Internet Package quota through *111# or MyTelkomsel App.
Terms and conditions for Halo•Kick! subscription package will not change, and the details can be checked in Halo•Kick! package and Halo•Kick! Dobel Kuota Internet information.
