Telkomsel Virtual Assistant is a chat-based digital service to facilitate the customers in checking the remaining Internet quota, redeeming Telkomsel POIN, finding the nearest GraPARI, package activation, or other information about Telkomsel's products and services. Telkomsel Virtual Assistant can be used by all Telkomsel customers, except for kartuHalo corporate customers and additional number.
Telkomsel Virtual Assistant has been serving Telkomsel customers since August 24th, 2017.
Currently, Telkomsel Virtual Assistant can be accessed through MyTelkomsel App, LINE, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Telkomsel website.

Yes, there are some regulations related to the Verification Code (OTP) when interacting with Telkomsel Virtual Assistant:
If you incorrectly entered the Verification Code (OTP) nine times, then your interaction with Telkomsel Virtual Assistant will be blocked for 24 hours.
If you incorrectly entered your mobile number three times, then your interaction with Telkomsel Virtual Assistant will be blocked for five minutes.
