How to activate

Bi-Daily Sweetchat for 360 Days: Type REG SC36 and send to 99600 via SMS, or dial *101*11# and follow the instructions. The tariff is Rp2,000/SMS/2 days (before tax).
Daily Sweetchat for 360 Days: Type REG CSB36 and send to 99600 via SMS, or dial *500*77#. The tariff is Rp1,000/SMS/day (before tax).

Collect Koin

After registration successful, you can collect Coins via:

Bi-Daily Sweetchat for 360 Days by dialing *101#
Daily Sweetchat for 360 Days by dialing *500*44#

How you get Coins:

Send chats: 50 Coins/day
For Jumbo Coins winners: 2,000 Coins for 5 people every hour per day (24 hours)
Daily SMS Push: 50 Coins

Check and redeem Coins

You can check your total Coins via:

How to unsubscribe

To unsubscribe from Bi-Daily Sweetchat for 360 Days: Type UNREGREG SC36 and send to 99600, or dial *101*11# and choose “STOP”.
To stop Daily Sweetchat for 360 Days subscription: Type UNREG CSB36 and send to 99600, or dial *500*77# and choose “STOP”.

This service is only valid for domestic use (not valid for International Roaming, which will be charged separately).
The activation status will be notified via SMS. Before the subscription ends, you will be notified via SMS as well.
The subscription tariff does not include internet quota. If you access photo or video link sent via SMS, your internet quota will be consumed.

In carrying out its services, Telkomsel has the right at any time to renew services, close services, increase or reduce tariffs with considerations, such as:
- Determined by the competent authority.
- The service is no longer in accordance with the times and the latest technology.
- The service is no longer used and the service will be transferred to a similar service.
- Other considerations that Telkomsel deems appropriate.
By updating the service, the customer agrees to release Telkomsel from all claims and legal responsibilities arising from the policy as intended.
