How to pay for IndiHome with Superbank

Access MyTelkomsel

Open the MyTelkomsel App and select your IndiHome account.

Pay Bill

Click the "Pay Bill/Bayar Tagihan" menu on the IndiHome homepage.

Pay All at Once

On the "Pay All at Once/Bayar Sekaligus" page, click "Continue/Lanjutkan".

Select bill

Check the IndiHome bill, then click "Pay/Bayar".

Select payment method

Select the QRIS payment method, then click "Pay/Bayar".

Get QRIS payment

Complete the QRIS payment using the Superbank app.

Access Superbank

Open the Superbank app and select the "QRIS" menu.

Upload QRIS

Select the QRIS for your IndiHome bill and pay the bill.

QRIS Payment

Select the "View Voucher/Lihat Voucher" menu before checkout.

Select voucher

Find the 20% discount IndiHome voucher and click "Use/Pake".

Use voucher

Make sure the voucher has been used, then click "Continue/Lanjut".

Confirm transaction

Recheck the transaction details and click "Pay Now/Bayar Sekarang".

The IndiHome x Superbank QRIS Promo offers a promotional IndiHome bill payment offer for customers who already have IndiHome services and a Superbank account through the MyTelkomsel App.
This program runs from September 1 to December 31, 2025, or until the cashback quota is reached.
The promo is valid for the first 1,000 customers per month during the promo period.
Eligible customers will receive a 20% direct discount on their IndiHome bill, up to Rp50,000, by meeting the terms below.
Steps for customers:
1. Must have IndiHome services and a Superbank account.
2. Log in to the MyTelkomsel App with their IndiHome account.
3. Access the IndiHome account menu and choose bill payment.
4. Select QRIS as the payment method.
5. Open the Superbank app.
6. Choose QRIS and go to QRIS IndiHome.
7. Select the voucher displayed below the QRIS amount to apply the discount.
8. Tap the IndiHome voucher and click "Use/Pake”.
9. If the promo still available, the voucher can be applied instantly.
10. The discount will be deducted automatically.
11. Confirm payment and press "Pay Now/Bayar Sekarang”.
Once applied, the QRIS payment amount will adjust, and the voucher discount will be applied instantly.
Additional rules:
1. All steps above must be completed in full.
2. Valid only for IndiHome bill payments of at least Rp200,000 and not for multiple transactions.
3. Limited to 1,000 customers per month.
4. The discount can only be used once per month per customer.
5. Promo applies while quota lasts.
6. IndiHome package prices exclude VAT.
Discounts are valid only if the Superbank account is active, unblocked, and owned by the eligible customer.
Superbank reserves the right to verify each transaction made by the customer.
This promo is free and open to customers using the latest Superbank app with the QRIS feature (version 1.29 or later).
Tax obligations from rewards, such as declaring them in annual tax reports, are the customer’s responsibility. Any unreported rewards are not Superbank’s responsibility. The bank bears the tax on rewards.
Customers agree that Superbank may:
1. Cancel or suspend rewards or participation in the program;
2. Cancel activities undertaken to meet the program’s terms; or
3. Refuse transaction requests or instructions, financial or otherwise, for data corrections or if any suspicious, fraudulent, or harmful activities are found. In such cases, customers agree Superbank may reclaim discounts in line with applicable laws.
Participation indicates that the customer understands and agrees to all Terms and Conditions of the IndiHome x Superbank QRIS Promo, aligned with Banking Service Terms and laws.
Superbank reserves the right to revise promo Terms and Conditions with prior notice through its official communication channels.
Product and service provisions at participating outlets are the responsibility of customers and merchants. Superbank is only responsible for banking services, including processing payments, providing discounts to eligible customers, and delivering the banking services required.
Superbank’s decisions, rules, or changes to these provisions are final and binding.
