It is a special promo where users can get cashback for data package purchase on MyTelkomsel App using GoPay payment method.

All SIMPATI (prepaid) customers can join this promo once during the promo period.

This promo is available from September 6 – 9, 2025.

1. A cashback of up to Rp50,000 is valid for data package transactions on the MyTelkomsel App using GoPay payment method.
2. This promo is valid for SIMPATI (prepaid) customers.
3. Customers have the chance to get GoPay Coins cashback as follows:
   • Minimum transaction of Rp20,000: Cashback of Rp2,000.
   • Minimum transaction of Rp50,000: Cashback of Rp2,000 – Rp10,000.
   • Minimum transaction of Rp100,000: Cashback of Rp2,000 – Rp30,000.
   • Minimum transaction of Rp200,000: Cashback of Rp2,000 – Rp50,000.
4. Customers with a minimum transaction of Rp200,000 have the opportunity to receive cashback of Rp2,000 – Rp50,000. Customers with a minimum transaction of Rp100,000 have the opportunity to receive cashback of Rp2,000 – Rp30,000, and so on.
5. This promo applies only once per transaction per user during the promo period.
6. This promo is valid from September 6 – 9, 2025 (00:00 until the promo quota runs out every day).
7. Promo quota is limited.
8. The cashback amount earned by each user is random.
9. The promo is valid for 1 user and 1 electronic device.
10. You can receive the cashback after clicking the “Use/Pakai” button on the checkout page.
11. The cashback will be sent in a maximum of 2x24 hours.
12. This promo cannot be combined with another cashback promo.
13. The cashback in this promo can be canceled if the total transaction value entered the user's GoPay account for a month has exceeded the regulator's limit (Rp20 million/month in the calendar).
14. Telkomsel reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions applicable at any time without prior notice, including stopping/changing the promo.
15. Telkomsel reserves the right to cancel the cashback, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or freeze the account, if an indication of abuse by the user is found.
16. Telkomsel reserves the right not to include users in the next promo if abuse is found, fraud, and/or other suspicious activity against the applicable Terms & Conditions.
