It is a promo where you can get cashback for credit purchase on MyTelkomsel App using DANA payment method.

All Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers can join this promo once during the promo period.

This promo is available from April 21 – 30, 2025.

1. The cashback worth up to Rp135,000 is valid for credit transactions on the MyTelkomsel App using DANA payment method.
2. This promo is valid for Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers.
3. Customers have the chance to get a maximum cashback, depending on the minimum transaction they make with the following details:
   • Min. transaction of Rp25,000: Cashback 2,000 DANA Balance.
   • Min. transaction of Rp60,000: Cashback 2,000 – 5,000 DANA Balance.
   • Min. transaction of Rp80,000: Cashback 2,000 – 10,000 DANA Balance.
   • Min. transaction of Rp100,000: Cashback 2,000 – 20,000 DANA Balance.
   • Min. transaction of Rp200,000: Cashback 2,000 – 50,000 DANA Balance.
   • Min. transaction of Rp300,000: Cashback 2,000 – 135,000 DANA Balance.
4. Customers with a minimum transaction of Rp300,000 have the chance to get Rp2,000 – Rp135,000 cashback. Customers with a minimum transaction of Rp200,000 have the chance to get Rp2,000 – Rp50,000 cashback, and so on.
5. This promo applies only once per transaction per user during the promo period.
6. This promo is valid from April 21 – 30, 2025 (00:00 until the promo quota runs out).
7. The promo quota is limited every day.
8. The cashback value received by each customer is random.
9. The promo is valid for 1 user and 1 electronic device.
10. Promo is only valid for payments using DANA balance.
11. Cashback will be automatically sent to your DANA balance, no later than 24 hours after the transaction is successful.
12. If you don't get cashback from a successful transaction, it means that the promo quota has run out or the promo period has ended.
13. If the user makes a refund, the user cannot enjoy the same cashback promo on the same day.
14. Telkomsel reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions applicable at any time without prior notice, including stopping/changing the promo.
15. Telkomsel reserves the right to cancel the cashback, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or freeze the account, if an indication of abuse by the user is found.
16. Telkomsel reserves the right not to include users in the next promo if abuse is found, fraud, and/or other suspicious activity against the applicable Terms & Conditions.
