This internet voucher is valid for Telkomsel Internet services, where customers can purchase internet packages in the form of physical vouchers that can only be purchased through the nearest outlet.

 The internet vouchers can be purchased by all Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers.

You can purchase it at Telkomsel partner outlets and other Telkomsel credit resellers.

You can check the status and internet quota contained in the physical internet voucher by checking it via UMB *132#, then enter the serial number (SN) code of the voucher. The information that will be displayed is the internet quota and the active period of the physical internet voucher, for example: “Voucher Paket Internet sebesar 1 GB dapat diaktifkan sampai dengan 31 Januari 2022”.

The physical voucher which has been filled in with the Telkomsel internet package has an active period of 120 days from the time the reseller has filled up the package. As long as the physical voucher is in its active period, customers can activate the internet package included in it.

As long as the physical voucher is still in its active period, the internet package can still be activated. The internet package in it will have its own validity period since the customer activates it.

The active period of the physical voucher is for the next 120 days since the reseller fills (injects) the internet package quota. Meanwhile, the validity period of the package physical voucher is the validity period of using the package since the customer activates the package (redeem). The active period of the internet package varies according to what the customer buys starting from 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, up to 30 days.

• Telkomsel internet vouchers can be activated by prepaid customers by dialing *133*HRN#.
• HRN (Hidden Recharge Number) is a specific sequence of numbers that can be found on the back of the physical vouchers by scratching off the HRN code protector first.
• Every HRN code will have restrictions at the regional level. Detailed regional distribution for Telkomsel internet voucher restrictions consists of 11 regions, namely: Northern Sumatra, Central Sumatra, Southern Sumatra, Greater Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Bali – Nusa Tenggara, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Papua – Maluku. Vouchers for each region are for distribution and can be activated in that region only.
• The regional HRN restrictions information can be found on the top left or on the back of the voucher.
• If you redeem the voucher in a different region than the voucher’s region, you will get the following notification: “Maaf, voucher tidak dapat digunakan di regional Anda. Info lebih Lanjut Hubungi: 188.”
• If you redeem the voucher in a different zone than the voucher’s zone while still in the same region, you will still get the internet package quota according to the allocated quota for the region. However, the local quota of the package cannot be used due to different zone consumption.
  
  For example, a customer purchases a 5-day package in Zone 1 but redeems it in Zone 2, then the customer will get a successful notification when redeeming as follows: “Congratulations, 1GB & 1GB Local Package Zone-1/5 days Rp. 8000 has been active, valid for /d 12/03/2021 pk. 23.59 WIB. check the location of the local quota zone at tsel.me/voucherfisi. Information: 188".

The quota and validity of the internet package can’t be accumulated.

The quota consumption priority is as follows (the topmost quota will be the first to be consumed):

• Local Quota is the main internet quota that can only be used when the customer is in the same region & zone with where the voucher is injected. Local Quota can be used on all Telkomsel networks (2G, 3G, and 4G).
• National Quota is the main internet quota that can be used in all regions. National quota can be used on all Telkomsel networks (2G, 3G, and 4G).
