Prize Claim Mechanism

Winners will receive a WhatsApp notification from the official "Telkomsel Area 2" account.
Winners will be contacted by Call Center 188 to confirm their prize and validate their data.
Data verification and prize delivery arrangements will then be coordinated.
Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s address and handed over by a Telkomsel Area 2 representative.
The Telkomsel Area 2 representative will validate the winner's data (original ID card) and document the prize delivery, including signed minutes, photos, and a 15-30 second video. Suppose the prize is handed over by a representative. In that case, the winner must attach a stamped power of attorney (the authorized party must bring their original ID card, and a photocopy of the authorized party's ID card must be attached).
Winners who do not respond within 21 days of being contacted (November 2, 2025) will forfeit their right to the prize.

Program Mechanism

Participants must be IndiHome and Bank Jakarta customers (new or existing customers).
The winner drawing will be held no later than six weeks after the program ends.
Winners will be selected based on their IndiHome ID, verified by Bank Jakarta to ensure they are Bank Jakarta customers.
Telkomsel and Bank Jakarta will verify the customers based on IndiHome ID, customer’s name, mobile phone number, and ID Card number.
The drawing will be conducted offline, with representatives from the Social Services Department, a notary, and the police present.
Prizes will be awarded offline by Telkomsel and Bank Jakarta no later than eight weeks after the program ends.

What is IndiHome SPEKTA program?

The program offers prizes for 5 IndiHome customers who have paid their monthly bills through all Bank Jakarta payment channels for at least 2 months during the program period, or customers who use the Bank Jakarta auto-debit monthly bill payment method (both existing and new customers) during the program period. The winners are IndiHome customers who are already Bank Jakarta customers.

This program runs from May 1 – August 31, 2025.
