The IndiHome new installation fee waiver promotion is a benefit offered to new customers who subscribe to IndiHome services.

It is a one-time charge for service activation and device installation at the beginning of the subscription. This fee is billed to the Customer after the CPE device has been installed at the Installation Address. Telkomsel will send a Payment Notification for the Installation Fee to the Customer.

You can obtain the free installation fee promo by subscribing to a pay in advance payment package.

Pay in advance payment scheme is an IndiHome subscription payment option. You may choose from the following:

• Pay in advance for 2 months (2+0 scheme).
• Pay in advance for 6 months for 7 months of service (6+1 scheme).
• Pay in advance for 12 months for 15 months of service (12+3 scheme).

Eligible packages include Internet and Internet + TV with speeds of 50Mbps, 75Mbps, 150Mbps, and 200Mbps.

You may access the free installation fee promotion by subscribing to IndiHome through IndiHome sales representatives in your area, Telkomsel Outlets, GraPARI, or the Telkomsel website.

This promo is available from December 15, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
