1. What is the IndiHome New Installation Fee Promo? 
   It is a special promotion offering discounted installation fees for new IndiHome customers.  
    
2. What is the new installation fee? 
   It is a one-time fee for installation and device setup, billed after the CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) installation is completed. Telkomsel will send a payment notification to the customer. 
    
3. What installation fee promotions are available? 
   There are two options depending on the selected package:  

• Free installation fee 
• Discounted installation fee 
   

4. How do I get the free installation fee promo? 
   It is available for Internet and Internet + TV packages with speeds of 50Mbps and 75Mbps, by choosing upfront payment options:  

• 2 months upfront  
• 6 months upfront + 1 month free  
• 12 months upfront + 3 months free  
• 12 months upfront + 5 months free 
   

5. What is meant by an upfront payment scheme? 
   It is a payment option where you pay in advance according to your chosen plan:  

• 2 months upfront (2+0)  
• 6 months upfront with 1-month free (6+1)  
• 12 months upfront with 3-month free (12+3) 
• 12 months upfront with 3-month free (12+5) 
   

6. What if I choose the monthly regular package?  
   If you choose monthly billing, you can get the following installation fee promotions:

   It is a monthly promo that offers new IndiHome customers 5 free months of service when paying 12 months upfront. 

2. Is this promo available for all packages? 
   No. It is only available for Internet and Internet + TV packages, starting from 50Mbps. 

3. What benefits will I receive? 
   You will get 5 additional months of IndiHome service for free, giving you a total of 17 months of service for the price of 12. The package also includes various streaming app subscriptions. 

4. Which streaming services are included? 
   Streaming apps vary by package and may include IndiHomeTV Apps, Prime Video, CATCHPLAY+, Vidio, Lionsgate Play, WeTV, Viu, Genflix, Sushiroll, and Netflix (Netflix is available only for 200Mbps packages). 

5. When does the promo period start? 
   The promo starts from February 14 – March 31, 2026.

1. What is the IndiHome promo for Halo customers? 
   It is a special offer for Halo users, where Halo customers who subscribe to any IndiHome package will receive a GoPay voucher worth Rp150,000. 

2. What are the requirements? 
   Halo customers must subscribe to any IndiHome package and provide their Halo number during registration. The promo applies only to Halo customers with an active GoPay account. 

3. Where do I subscribe to IndiHome? 
   Through official Telkomsel channels: the Telkomsel website, MyTelkomsel App, GraPARI, or IndiHome sales representatives. 
    
4. How do I receive the GoPay voucher? 
   After subscribing, you will receive an SMS from IndiHome containing a voucher link. Enter your mobile number associated with your GoPay account, and the funds will be transferred to your GoPay wallet. 

5. When will I receive the GoPay voucher? 
   Approximately 14 working days after completing IndiHome registration and activation.
