The IndiHome Pay 12 Get 13 promo is valid for new customers who register during the promo period. This promo only applies to the main package (excluding Add-on). Telkomsel is entitled to stop this promo according to Telkomsel's needs.
Promo is valid for JITU 1 Package (non-digital) and Movie Package on all transaction channels of the packages.
This promo is valid for customers who register from March 24, 2025 – April 6, 2025 with a maximum of IndiHome activation on April 30, 2025.
This promo is valid for customers who subscribe to the service and pay the service package fee for 12 months. The 1-month free billing fee applies to the 13^th month bill. For payment in the 14^thmonth and beyond, customers will be charged at the normal price.
Arrears on monthly bill payments do not cancel this service promo, as long as the customer pays off the arrears on the service bill.
Customers can change the service package to a package with a higher price, the difference in billing fees for changing the package will be the bill that must be paid by the customer.
If the customer changes the package to a lower package price, the 1-month free bill benefit will follow the active package fee in the 12^th For changes to a lower package fee, the customer agrees that there is no refund policy for the difference in the service price that has been paid.
All transactions other than package migration (upgrade/downgrade IndiHome services) will result in the current promo being forfeited (examples: change of address, change of name, request for isolation, etc.).
If the customer cancels the service at their own request before the 13^th month, the current promo will be forfeited.
This promotion still follows the General Terms and Conditions of IndiHome Subscription and cannot be combined with other promotions.

If you switch to a package with a higher price, then the billing fee is free and remains the same as the previous package, so the difference in billing costs is paid by the customer. (Example: the old package price is Rp280,000, the new package price is Rp320,000, then in the 13th month, you must pay the difference of: Rp320,000 – Rp280,000 = Rp40,000).
If you switch to a package with a lower price, then there will be no billing fees in the 13th month following the new package price.
