Program Details

Prize Distribution

Winners will receive a WhatsApp notification from the official "Telkomsel Area 2" account.
Winners will receive a call from 188 to validate their data and confirm the nearest GraPARI as the prize collection location.
Prizes will be sent from Telkomsel Area 2 to the designated GraPARI for prize collection.
Winners will receive a WhatsApp notification from the official "Telkomsel Area 2" account that the gold prize has arrived at the nearest GraPARI.
Winners will collect their prizes at the GraPARI with their original ID card. If a representative is representing them, they can use a stamped power of attorney (the authorized party must bring the original ID card and attach a photocopy of the authorized party's ID card).
Winners who do not respond within 21 days of being contacted (October 26, 2025) will be deemed to have forfeited their right to receive the prize.
The GraPARI PIC will hand over the prizes to the winners and document the event with minutes, photos, and a 15-30 second video.

Requirements

This program’s participants are IndiHome customers who make monthly bill payments via Bank BJB ATM or DIGI application for at least 2 months during the program period.
Customers who can win the lucky draw are IndiHome customers who are already Bank BJB customers.
The program is valid for customers who do not have any outstanding IndiHome bills during the program.
The program does not apply to Telkomsel and Bank BJB employees.
Prizes in the form of a 47-gram gold prize for 9 winners.
Telkomsel does not charge any fees to the winners. All taxes and costs incurred are the responsibility of Telkomsel.

Winner Determination

The winner draw will be conducted a maximum of 6 weeks after the program period ends.
Winners based on IndiHome ID with verification from Bank BJB to ensure that the winner is a Bank BJB customer.
The draw is conducted offline, under the supervision of Social Services, notaries, and police officers.
The prize will be delivered by Telkomsel and Bank BJB in a maximum of 8 weeks after the program ends.
The final winner determination will be done at the end of September 2025.
