Digital Ecosystem

As a digital telco company, Telkomsel continues to move forward to make a real contribution to accelerating national development through appropriate technology solutions. We are making these efforts to create an inclusive digital ecosystem throughout the country that is able to provide benefits to the people of Indonesia.

In the B2B (business-to-business) segment, through the Telkomsel myBusiness service solution, we innovate to create digital solutions, such as Digital Advertising (Telkomsel MyAds), Big Data (Telkomsel MSight), and Internet of Things (Telkomsel IoT), to be able to create cross-industry breakthroughs. Meanwhile, in the B2C (business-to-consumer) segment, we focus on continuing to be a customer-centric company by always providing a variety of digital services according to customer needs. Telkomsel's portfolio of digital services includes Digital Lifestyle (MAXstream, Langit Musik, Dunia Games), Mobile Financial Services (LinkAja), and Digital Banking (MBanking Telkomsel).

Our efforts to create a sustainable digital ecosystem in Indonesia also touch on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, which can provide a solution for creating positive social impacts in communities throughout Indonesia through Telkomsel's four CSR pillars: Education, Digital Citizenship, Community Empowerment, and Philanthropy.

Apart from that, Telkomsel also introduced three digital innovation pillars: The NextDev, Telkomsel Innovation Center (TINC), and Telkomsel Mitra Innovation (TMI) as supporting platforms for the national digital ecosystem. Even though the three of them have the same mission in building an ecosystem for startups, The NextDev, TINC, and TMI each have a different focus to be able to contribute to various stages of startup development, such as talent scouting, incubation, go-to-market, and strategic investment.
