Telkomsel strives to implement a policy of Good Corporate Governance, corporate values, and the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOA) 2002 as well as the implementation of regulations. It is necessary to establish policies and procedures for handling complaints (Whistleblowing System/WBS) in order to build a clean, transparent, and professional Company.

 

Our Goals

  • Identify, detect, and prevent the possibility of fraud and violations of applicable regulations.
  • Provide a formal channel for third parties and Telkomsel employees to submit complaints.
  • Provide policies and procedures for whistleblowing.
Provisions

Types of Complaints

  • Accounting problems and internal control over financial statements have the potential to experience errors in the Company's financial statements.
  • Audit issues, especially those concerning the independence of the Public Accounting Firm.
  • Violation of laws and regulations relating to the company's operational management.
  • Violation of internal policies.
  • Fraud and or abuse of position/authority.
  • Improperly behavior which directly or indirectly has the potential to harm Telkomsel's reputation and or result in losses for the Company.

 

Terms of Report

  • Complaints received from the Telkomsel employees and other third parties are intended to improve Good Corporate Governance.
  • The whistleblower must submit complaints with a complete sense of responsibility and not slander that can defame or tarnish a person.
  • Complaints received and later will be followed up shall at least contain this information:
    1. Provides information to the complaint, depending on complaint type, such as: where, when, and who was involved in the issues.
    2. Supported by sufficient and reliable evidence such as initial data to carry out a further examination.

 

Making a Report

 

Protection for Whistleblowers

Telkomsel guarantees and ensures the confidentiality of the whistleblower, both employees and third parties who submit complaints or reports of alleged violations. Telkomsel always prioritizes confidentiality and the principle of presumption of innocence in following up on any complaints or reports submitted.
