What you will do, but not limited to:

  • Managing candidate's database, especially for tech talent
  • Reviewing job orders and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements
  • Sourcing for candidates for Tech and Product team INDICO and/or portfolios using various sources channel
  • Select job applicants, confirm their qualifications and refer them to hiring managers, making recommendations when appropriate
  • Scheduling, interviewing candidates and analyzing their tech skills towards the company needs. Assess their technical skill through various use case study/test if needed
  • Advise Hiring Manager in which candidates to be processed the next step
  • Conducting reference check for candidates
  • Preparing offer letter for selected candidates and negotiation process until closing deal
  • Assist onboarding for new hires and make an improvement for onboarding journey
  • Involve in any Employer Branding activities and collaborate with Brand Communication team for new initiatives
  • Suggesting tools and/or strategy to improve hiring process for Tech talent through series of benchmarking
  • Continuously create talent pool for Tech talent and seek potential partnership for branding INDICO's tech team to add more candidates
What you will need:

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as Talent Acquisition/Recruiter with end to end recruitment experience, specialized in Technology recruitment
  • A good understanding of technology and technical skills for various positions
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Having a passion for data and analytics to evaluate the hiring process
  • Strong network with the technology community and keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
