What documents should I prepare to get the bundling?

You need to prepare your ID Card number, Family Card number and an active phone number for Telkomsel package registration.

PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Vivo X60 Series Bundling program with kartuHalo can be purchased only at selected GraPARI and partner stores.
Vivo X60 Series Bundling program period starts from April 8^th to April 30^th, 2021.
kartuHalo bundling mechanism one-time fee scheme and cash/debit/credit card payment:
1. Please prepare a valid ID and Family Card number before making the transactions.
2. All data from your ID and Family Card will later be used to validate whether you are eligible to get the kartuHalo bundling package or not.
3. If you have overdue bills from the previous Telkomsel service, you must pay all of them first to get the kartuHalo bundling package. If not, then we advise you to have the prepaid bundling.
4. All customers whose data have been validated will later be asked to fill out a new kartuHalo subscription form at the chosen stores.

KARTUHALO PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Entertainment Quota is only valid to access MAXstream, GamesMAX, and MusicMAX (not including premium subscription).
After your subscription has ended, your package will be switched to HaloKick! regular package. Please check this page.
You are not allowed to change the package when your Halo Device Plan subscription contract is still active. You can buy an Extra Quota package when you ran out of quota.
Customers who have kartuHalo installments are not allowed to unsubscribe in the middle of the contract. If you decide to terminate the contract, you have to pay the device installment with the following calculation: remaining months x device installment fee.
If you unsubscribe or terminate your kartuHalo number, your number will be deactivated. If you want to reactivate your number, you have to pay all of your overdue bills, and your remaining bundling package quota canNo.t be returned. Your package will be switched to HaloKick! regular.
CLS (Credit Limit Service) will be rounded up to Rp1 and International Roaming will be inactive. If you want to change your CLS & activate International Roaming, please bring a valid ID and Family Card number to the nearest GraPARI to re-validate.
Exceeded use of minute bonus and SMS will be charged to kartuHalo basic fee. For further information, please check here.
