TecProtec is a service provided specifically for Telkomsel's KartuHalo subscribers to protect customer's phones from damage at an affordable cost. The TecProtec team will come up to you to pick up your damaged phone and return your repaired phone within 7 days (Jabodetabek) and 14 days (outside Jabodetabek)

Choose Payment Options

After registering, TecProtec will automatically provide service for 6 months then choose the payment option. there are two options: monthly payment select 1 for monthly payment (1. Bulanan) or select "2" for payment in every 6 months (2. 6 Bulan).

Registration Finished

Select 1.YA to confirm your payment option. After that you will get an SMS confirmation that you have succesfully subscribed for TecProtec.

What is TecProtec?

The TecProtec Service is a joint venture between PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel) and PT Amtrust Mobile Solutions Indonesia (AMSI) that allows KartuHalo users to protect their mobile phones with monthly payments or upfront payments with certain value claims (Rp 1,000,000 / 6 months).

How to subscribe TecProtec service?

You can subscribe TecProtec service with dial *500*777 # and follow the procedure

How to pay TecProtec service?

• Rp 20,000 / month and will be automatically renewed for 6 months
• Rp 100,000 upfront and will be valid for 6 months

How to claim TecProtec service?

  1. Only for KartuHalo customer

  2. The protection period is valid for 6 months from the date of subscription

  3. Protection applies to 1 IMEI registered at the earliest. (Please call AMSI 0804-1401-078 call center if you have trouble knowing IMEI number)

  4. The subscription fee can be made directly in advance for 6 months or monthly using Telkomsel Postpaid credit

  5. Claim processing fee of Rp. 50,000 (payable directly to the AMSI party during the claim process)

  6. The waiting period for filing a claim is 14 days after registration

  7. Upon registration of the TecProtec service, the age of the mobile phone up to 24 months from the date of purchase of the new unit, indicated by the official purchase receipt

  8. Maximum protection limit of Rp 1,000,000 for 6 months, and valid only 1x claim

  9. Customers who make mobile phone shipment to be repaired can use their own cost, then will be reimbursed shipping by AMSI side follow operational standard with the duration of replacement within 5 working days.

  10. Customer may terminate the TecProtec service before the subscription period is exhausted (6 months), provided that the customer has not made a claim when the service quit request
