Telkomsel Priority is a special loyalty program for Telkomsel Special Customers who can be categorized to a certain Customer Level based on their length of subscription and service usage.
Customer Levels are Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.
The higher the Customer Level, the more special services and offers the customer will get.
Selected Telkomsel Special Customers who can participate in this program will get several special services, offers, and prizes. The following are prizes that will be obtained by special customers, namely:
1. Prizes that must be collected by redeeming 1 Telkomsel Poin and Rp10 first:
  - Special Giveaway: Extra 1GB Quota for 30 days.
  - Level-Up Rewards: Extra Quota of up to 15GB for 30days.
2. Prizes that will be immediately obtained according to the Customer Level:
  - Earning Telkomsel Poin of up to 4x more.
  - Special services through Telkomsel Call Center and GraPARI.
  - Daily Check-in Rewards.
  - Jelajah Nusantara (game) Rewards.

Level-Up Rewards are rewards for customers who successfully reach a higher Customer Level.
Telkomsel will give a gift/reward as an appreciation to the customer as soon as the customer successfully advances to a higher level, in the form of an additional All-Network Quota of up to 15GB a 30-day validity period, with details as follows:
- Customers who level up from Silver to Gold will get 5GB/30 days.
- Customers who level up from Gold to Platinum will get 9GB/30 days.
- Customers who level up from Platinum to Diamond will get 15GB/30 days.
This program is valid from June 7, 2022 where Telkomsel will provide information on leveling up every month on the 25th.
The Level-Up Reward can be claimed at the end of the current month after the customer has levelled up.
Each customer can only redeem once for 6 months at the same level during the program period.
This Level-Up Reward can be collected through the MyTelkomsel App on the Telkomsel Priority page by redeeming 1 Telkomsel Poin and a fee of Rp10.

Special Giveaway is one of the prizes for special Telkomsel Special Customers with level achievements starting from Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can check your Customer Level on the MyTelkomsel App.
Telkomsel will give a gift/reward as an appreciation to Telkomsel's special customers in the form of 1GB All-Network Quota with a validity period of 30 days until a maximum of July 7, 2022.
The special giveaway prize is only valid from June 7 – July 7, 2022. Please redempt the prize period during that period.
If a new customer redeems a special giveaway prize on July 7, the validity period of the quota will still end on July 7, 2022 at 23:59 GMT+7.
Each selected Special Customer can only redeem 1 Special Giveaway reward during the program period. Customers who have already redeemed gifts/rewards in this program cannot receive the same gifts/rewards during the program period.
The Special Giveaway reward can be collected through the MyTelkomsel App on the Telkomsel Priority page by redeeming 1 Telkomsel Poin and a fee of Rp10.
If the customer is at a level other than Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, the customer needs to increase their average billing/usage up to Rp100,000 and have been a Telkomsel customer for at least 6 months.
