After successfully activating the #SurpriseDeal package according to the terms and conditions, activate the ShortMax subscription by:

Open the ShortMax app from the link received via SMS.
Access the "Profile" menu and select "Log In.”
Select "Log In with Phone Number."
Enter the Telkomsel number used to purchase the #SurpriseDeal package.
Click "Get Code" to receive an OTP code via WhatsApp.
Make sure your number and account are connected by checking the "Account Info" menu.
Start enjoying your favorite content on ShortMax!

Vision+ package can be activated via MyTelkomsel App or Direct Code *363*465#.
You will receive an SMS notification with a link to access the Vision+ service.
Click the link received in the SMS:
- If you already have the Vision+ app, you will be directed to the app and can start watching.
- If you don't have the Vision+ app, you must install it first via the Google Play Store or App Store.
After logging into the Vision+ app, register or log in using the Telkomsel number used to purchase the #SurpriseDeal.
You can now start watching your favorite movies and dramas on Vision+.

#SurpriseDeal is available from November 24 – 26, 2025.
All SIMPATI customers who use myBCA & BCA Mobile apps can activate #SurpriseDeal package.
#SurpriseDeal packages can be activated via myBCA & BCA Mobile apps.
#SurpriseDeal Internet Quota is valid on 2G/3G/4G/5G Telkomsel networks.
Customers can activate #SurpriseDeal packages max. 5 times for the same type of package.
Customers can send #SurpriseDeal packages as gift max. 2 times in a day including other packages for SIMPATI customers.
All prices include tax.
