• What is MyTelkomsel Basic x Grab program?

  

  A special promo where MyTelkomsel Basic users who purchase a package with certain conditions have the opportunity to get cashback benefits in the form of credit, Grab Transport vouchers, or GrabGifts vouchers.

• Who can enjoy this program?

  

  All Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers who purchase the required package via MyTelkomsel Basic can join this program.

• When does this program run?

  

  This program runs from February 20 – March 5, 2025.

• What benefits will I get from this program?

  

  You can get cashback credit, Grab Transport vouchers, or GrabGifts vouchers of up to Rp10,000 according to the nominal value of the data package purchased on MyTelkomsel Basic.

• Is there any limitation in this program?

  

  Yes, this promo has a daily stock limited to 500 transactions per day specifically for GrabGifts vouchers. Make sure you make your transaction early every day to get the promo.

• How long does the GrabGifts voucher become valid?

  

  The GrabGifts voucher received is valid for 6 months after receipt. Make sure to use it before the validity period expires.

• What if I didn’t receive any notification about the cashback or GrabGifts voucher?

  

  Make sure your transaction meets the minimum purchase nominal requirements. If you still do not receive it, please contact Telkomsel Call Center at 188 for assistance.

• What are the terms and conditions of this program?

  
  1. Cashback/voucher benefits apply to package transactions on the MyTelkomsel Basic application.
  2. The program applies to Telkomsel PraBayar customers.
  3. The minimum transaction to get the benefit is:
     • Transactions worth Rp25,000 - Rp49,000 will get a credit cashback of Rp1,000.
     • Transactions worth Rp50,000 - Rp100,000 will get a credit cashback of Rp2,000.
     • Transactions worth Rp100,001 - Rp150,000 will get a Grab Transport voucher worth Rp5,000.
     • Transactions over Rp150,000 will get a GrabGifts voucher worth Rp10,000.
  4. The program is valid from February 20 - March 5, 2025 (00:00 WIB - until the promo quota runs out per day).
  5. The promo quota is limited every day.
  6. Telkomsel has the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, including stopping/changing the promo.
  7. Telkomsel has the right to cancel the provision of benefits, or if necessary, cancel transactions or freeze accounts, if there are indications of misuse by the user.
  8. Telkomsel has the right not to include users in the next promo if there are acts of misuse, fraud, and/or other suspicious activities against the applicable Terms & Conditions.
