All Telkomsel Orbit modems already have 1-year device warranty from distributor. For purchases via MyOrbit website, you can get cash-return warranty after 7 days since activation.

Telkomsel Orbit data packages can be purchased via MyOrbit app and gift feature via MyTelkomsel App or UMB *363#. For postpaid customers, packages cannot be gifted.

• Open Telkomsel Orbit packaging box.
• Take out Telkomsel Orbit SIM card from the box.
• Download MyOrbit app from Play Store or App Store.
• Open MyOrbit app, click “Aktifkan Modem” (activate modem) on the homepage.
• Turn on Telkomsel Orbit modem.
• Scan QR Code on Orbit SIM using camera feature from MyOrbit app.
• System will detect your modem.
• You will be asked to register an account (for purchases via official store) or log in using existing account (for purchases via MyOrbit website).
• Continue to prepaid registration process using ID Card or Family Card number.
• Wait for the activation process. You will get notification after the activation has been completed.
• You will be redirect to dashboard page on MyOrbit.

On MyOrbit app, you can get the features below:

• Change WiFi name and password.
• Add guest WiFi.
• Check and set restriction for device that connect to modem.
• Check current usage and remaining package.
• Set restriction for some websites.
• Purchase data packages.
• Check transaction history.
