Participant Criteria

All customers who make purchases during the program period with the highest total purchase value (TOP Spender) have the opportunity to win prizes.
Customers who are entitled to participate in the program are ONLY Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers.
Customers who are entitled to win prizes are only customers located in the Sumatra area.
The minimum package purchase to be able to participate in the program is Rp100,000 in each program period.
Participants must not be employees of PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel).

Program Mechanism

The program is divided into two periods:
- 1st Period: January 25 – February 5, 2025
- 2nd Period: February 25 – March 5, 2025
  Counting from 00:00 to 23:59 GMT+7 in each program period.

The winner will be determined according to the highest order with the accumulation of package purchase price transactions.
The winner will be announced a maximum of 14 days after the program period ends.
Every customer has the opportunity to become a winner during the program period.
1 customer number is ONLY entitled to win 1 time throughout the 2 program periods.
The customer who becomes the winner with the most purchases will be announced on the official Instagram of @Telkomsel Sumatra.
If there are customers who have the same number of purchases, the winner is determined based on the fastest purchase (earlier transaction).
The decision is final and cannot be contested.

Winner Determination

Winners are determined based on the highest total accumulated purchases on digital entertainment packages/services.
Packages that will be included in the calculation are packages purchased through the MyTelkomsel App on the "Buy Package” menu (streaming, games, and music); NOT including the “Top Up Games” menu, or outside the "Buy Package” menu (streaming, games, and music).
The minimum package purchase to be able to participate in the program is Rp100,000 in each program period.
1 customer number is only entitled to win 1 time throughout the 2 program periods (if you have won in the first one, you cannot win in the second one).
The number of winners is 2 people in each period.
Telkomsel’s decision on the winner is final and cannot be contested.
By making transactions in this program, customers are deemed to understand and agree to all applicable terms and conditions.

Announcement & Prize Distribution

Winners will be announced no later than D+14 for each period. E.g.: Winners of the 1st period (Jan 25 Jan – Feb 5, 2025) will be announced no later than February 19, 2025) on the official Instagram of @Telkomsel Sumatra.
Winners will be contacted by Telkomsel via 188 for prize distribution no later than D+30 after the program ends.
Customers who cannot be contacted 7x24 hours during the confirmation process will be disqualified and the prize will be transferred to the next winner in sequence.
The prize delivery process takes approximately a maximum of 30 days.
Prize tax is borne by Telkomsel, and the winner will not be charged any fees.
Prizes such as mobile phones or smartwatches cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The specifications and/or colors of the prizes are fully determined by Telkomsel and are final. If there is a discrepancy between the specifications or colors of the prize and the customer's expectations, the customer is not entitled to submit a replacement or other claim related to the prize.
The prize unit given has a national warranty. If there is a problem with the gift unit, claims can be made directly to the gadget brand's service center.
